Super clean and convenient, near BKK airport just 15min, we had a great stay.
High quality and homemade food 🍲 , owner prepared a lovely baby cot ❤️, thank you for everything, we will come back in the near future!

it is about 15-20 min with GRAB app from airport.
The room we rented for one night had three beds, heated floors, towels, shampoo, nice curtains and views, and THREE AIR CONDITIONING machines. I totally loved my experience, it was clean and no one wore their shoes (they ask to remove it at the front of the resort).
Overall, loved this resort. We did not have time for breakfast but it all sounded very good!

To be clear this is not a resort, more like a homestay with simple meals available. Clean and neat, close to the airport.
However, we had a child (resident) at our door, trying to get in more than once. Same child running up and down the corridor. You could hear people taking right through until midnight. A real shame as the staff/hosts are friendly and helpful.

This budget hotel is ideal for travelers needing to catch a flight the following day. Located in a village, the hotel is exceptionally clean and has a no-shoe policy. The owner can prepare simple meals in their kitchen, and the environment is very welcoming for families, offering rooms with multiple beds. A 7-Eleven convenience store is just a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The atmosphere is akin to staying at a friend's place, with the owners going out of their way to accommodate guests' needs. When we arrived late, they stayed up to welcome us and provided instant food at a reasonable price when we were hungry. Additionally, there is a charming boba/Thai tea shop in front of the hotel.🏨 They can also arrange a taxi for you, with a one-way trip to the airport costing 250 Thai Baht.

The resort is quite small but the staff is very nice and the rooms are spacious and very clean.
The breakfast was a little meager and the location is not good. Due to the river next to the resort you have to take a taxi or scooter to go anywhere.

Great little hotel if you want to stay near the airport. The house is in a beautiful and quiet garden. We got an upgrade to a huge family room, very nice! The room was well equipped, very comfortable beds. There are a few small snacks that you can order. Breakfast is also included. It's about 10 minutes by taxi to the airport. It's about 20 minutes on foot to a few larger malls, a small market, a beautiful temple, etc. The staff were very nice and competent! Thank you very much!

A really nice place to stay near the airport, very quiet and comfortable. However, if you wish to go sightseeing, the place won't be suitable, it's too far from the city center, about 1 hour car ride.

The family room was huge with three single beds and a double, so it was perfect for the family in our group. The double for me and my husband was also spacious and very clean. Little uncomfortable at leaving shoes at the door, especially when no slippers or alternatives were provided. We only booked here as a stop over close to the airport, and it served that propose, was easy to order some grab food pizzas on arrival, and left too early to judge breakfast. Check-in wasn't very thorough as no information was provided on checkout, breakfast, WiFi password etc. And quite frankly it was so noisey I didn't sleep well, this could possibly be as we are on the ground floor near the entrance, but at midnight we were woken up by what I assume was a cat running round (not sure if owners cat) and then someone trying to call/catch it. Then again, woken up by people walking around, opening and shutting doors, etc, at 4am.

We had booked 1 night at this hotel for our stop in Bangkok. Shortly after booking, we had contacted to arrange the shuttle service for our arrival. We were told that it wasn’t a problem, that it would be enough to contact by Whatsapp on arrival. As agreed, this is what we did, but we were told to take a taxi. So we managed to take a VIP taxi, with a taxi meter, to the Resort. Finally, as it was cheaper than the so-called shuttle fare, we asked for the same taxi for the next day's transfer to the airport. Fortunately, the spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean room of this small family hotel consoled us for not having had a shuttle. The next day, when we left at 8 A.M. the reception was deserted, however, we would have spent 1 or 2 more nights because the establishment seemed calm and appropriate for the few curiosities around.
