The 24 hour check in policy is ideal if you are working around flight times. This allowed us to check in at 9pm and stay for 24 hours working well with our night flight. The hotel is dated and due a refurb but spacious and convenient. Breakfast was surprisingly good. We had a suite as four of us and there was plenty of room. Great little pool for a swim with kids. We had lounge access which was ok, it came as part of suite package but not worth paying extra for. It’s pricey but worth it if your facing hours at an airport with kids

my flight arrived late so I decided to stay here instead of heading downtown. This was my first time traveling to Bangkok. All the staff members were very friendly, and I was surprised at how quiet the hotel was. Usually hotels at the airport are extremely noisy from my experiences elsewhere. Only room for improvement would be better signs in the airport to find it. I roughly knew where it was so I just walked through the parking garage and across the grass. I think there's a pathway to get to it, but I was probably just too tired after my 24 hour flight from Canada to find it!

I stayed for one night before an early flight. It was super convinient to walk from airport to the hotel. The room itself (king room) was spacious and had a nice bath tub. I was unlucky to have my flight overbooked, had to wait for several hours for the next one. Walked back to the hotel and asked if i could access the pool area, this was no problem, excellent customer service here 👍

A quick stop over between flights was both relaxing and easy. Picked up at the airport and taken to the hotel in a minibus. The hotel was superb. Good rooms and staff helpful and friendly. Good amenities in the rooms. The swimming pool was a nonus. 10/10 for starting breakfast at 3am which meant I could eat before my early morning flight.

This hotel provided everything we could have hoped for. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with all the amenities we needed. The pool was a sanctuary. The gym was huge and modern. Breakfast was delicious. To top it off, getting to the airport from the hotel the next morning, was zero stress. Staying here the night before our flight was a great decision.

The mold infestation in this hotel's rooms and air conditioning system is a serious health hazard. During my stay at this hotel, I was overwhelmed by a musty, moldy odor that permeated the entire room and hallway. The bathroom was utterly filthy. The shower corners and edges were covered in a thick layer of mold. It's clear that this hotel is simply old and the owner has neglected to renovate it. It's criminal to allow children to sleep in such an unhealthy environment. I've attached two photos that clearly show how deep and extensive the mold infestation is, even reaching the air conditioning system. This system is blowing contaminated air throughout the hotel lobby, which is utterly unacceptable considering they've been aware of this issue for a long time, as confirmed by numerous reviews. While I appreciate their honesty in acknowledging the problem, this hotel should be closed down and all air ducts replaced.
It's unacceptable for a hotel to expose guests to such poor hygienic conditions. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with children. Please avoid this place and choose somewhere else, even if it costs more or takes longer to find. Your health is more important than anything!

This is a airport hotel that feels almost like a resort hotel.
Friendly staff, great service, big pool, nice gym.
They acknowledged my Diamond status and got upgraded to a suite.
Executive Lounge had a lot to offer and the Sports Bar was nice. Had evening cocktails and breakfast at the lounge.

I’ve stayed here many times in many rooms. As a solo flyer I think the Superior King Room is about the right mix. Even if I’m just here for less than 10 hours, a pool view is always nice (instead of a car park or a freeway). Breakfast starts at 3am, and I don’t even use their shuttle to the airport - I just use the underground tunnel that takes you past the money changers & trains to the airport.

In the beginning we just tried to find a hotel which is closed to the airport. When we stayed there, we found the swimming pool was pretty good, and the meal from Thai food restaurant was fantastic, the breakfast buffet had various dishes and the traditional Thai dessert…, the hotel provided the free shuttle bus to the airport, it’s pretty convenient. And the hotel room was clean and well organized.

This is the most comfortable hotel if you have a connecting flight, offering a pick-up and drop-off van service to the airport every 15 minutes, which takes only 10 minutes. However, the price is quite high relative to the quality of service, and the rooms are notably outdated. It would be great if they could undertake renovations as soon as possible.
