Compact room , but there was space to put clothes and unpack properly. Aircon +a fan made a good combo. Kettle as well , which I personally can't go without.
Wet room , instead of a separate shower. But it didn't bother us.
The towel elephant origami was a nice touch too.
The room assigned to me was on the 5th floor and I had to carry a 22 kilogram bag up the steps because there is no elevator. The stairwell is very narrow.
Small bugs filled the bathroom and came in under the balcony door. This might be a seasonal thing. The hotel administration should take steps to prevent this unhygienic experience.
I was under the impression that the airport shuttle bus/van was a service included in the cost of the hotel. I was wrong. The cost is 150 THB for a one way trip. I recommend taking a taxi which is more convenient and only costs 100-120 THB.
Staff a nice rooms are ok.
Pillows way too big.
Ended up with bad neck.
Wouldn't stay again unless I had my own transport
