We booked a room for a few hours before an evening flight. It was a very disappointing experience. The rooms are very tired. Chipped and broken dormica all around. Dirty bathroom and ww found empty water bottles by the bed! The air con doesn't work if the key card is not inserted in a slot, but we weren't told. When I asked at reception I was told housekeeping would be 1 hour! Service was unusually poor for Thailand. No bar or restaurant on site. A walk down the road to a cheap cafe was recommended. Convenient for the airport is a positive, though!

Best location is just offthe main road in front of airport, just 5 minutes walk ; all facilities comfort my short( overnight) stay , it’s very clean and quiet from airtraffic noise after midnight.

I had the worst experience of my life at this hostel.
At first, I booked a hostel dorm, but a Russian man made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
When I reported it to the reception, they simply said, “It’s a mixed dorm” and refused to help.
I decided to move to a private hotel room by paying extra, but even then, things didn’t get better.
There was no daily cleaning, the door lock was broken, and even worse, the key they gave me could open multiple rooms! They refused to change my key despite the serious security issue.
I stayed in Room 116H and Room 115, and when I found out that the same Russian man would check out the same day as me, I had to move again because those rooms were next to each other.
I switched to Room 108, where at least the door had a proper card lock and an additional security latch.
As a solo female traveler, I would never recommend this place.
Cleaning was barely done even before check-in, and during the stay, it was non-existent.

Its a beautiful hotel well located near the airport. I booked this hotel as it was one closest to the airport as i had an early flight. Was not disapointed, ir was a short 5 minute walk to the airport. No need to pay a taxi.

It's an average airport hotel. I don't think you should expect much here. There's a pool, the rooms are ok, clean and air-conditioned. 👍

Unfortunately there is no restaurant in the hotel. But you can walk to a 7 Eleven.
We didn't sleep in the hotel, we just passed the time until our flight left.

It was a nice hotel. It has a few amenities and is perfect for the need of the hour as it's close to the airport. The service was fine and people were welcoming. It has a pleasant ambience but a few things did not initially work out for example the AC and you had to go down to call for service. Otherwise it was okay.

Great short stay little basic hotel for when you need a one night stay on arrival or departure.
Was like $50 for the night.

Very average hotel, super close to the airport. Staff allowed us to check in early (11am) however the fee was 500b (stay per night is approx 900b) and we checked out by 8pm for our next flight. Room was adequate, although ceiling was mouldy and had a lizard inside 🦎 the fridge looked about 25 years old and you can hear everyone walk past the room door and noise from the pool and reception opposite (we had a pool facing room) the shower was a bit gross and the interior fitting are worn out, chipped etc.
Reception staff member was neither rude nor helpful, the location is only 800m from the airport but I recommend transport as the footpaths/tracks between are in very poor condition. There is a 7-11 nearby but not much else.
Fine for a rest before jumping on a plane, but I wouldn’t like to sleep here.

We arrived at night and booked this place for one day. When we got there, no one was available to check us in, which was surprising for a touristy area. The system wouldn’t let us select the previous date, pushing our check-in to the next day. Since there was no one to assist us and the emergency line went unanswered, we went to another hotel and returned the next morning to cancel our reservation.
Despite Agoda's willingness to cancel if the hotel agreed, the staff refused to cooperate. The front desk staff were extremely unprofessional, giving the impression that the place is more interested in making money than providing good customer service. I explained the situation, but they kept insisting on our check-in process, even though we had called the hotel. Frustrated, I told them to keep the money—I’m willing to lose 1000 BHT to leave this review.
For anyone considering booking here, avoid this place at all costs unless your only goal is to stick near the airport. The location is terrible anyways and so is the customer service and staff are even worse.

The only reason you would stay at this property is if you have a flight to catch. SO MY ADVICE IS DON’T THINK TO WALK FROM THE HOTEL TO THE AIRPORT WHILE YOU ARE CHECKING OUT, SPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE TO REACH TO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. Since the international airport has a huge walk from the ramp up like a mountain which is impossible to walk even if you are with less luggage. Although domestic airport is easily accessible to the hotel and is a walking distance but still with a hot sunny day in the day time it will be very tiring. Good part is HOTEL OFFERS FREE SHUTTLE TO THE AIRPORT AT SPECIFIC TIME SO DO AVAIL THIS SERVICE AT THE RECEPTION AND LET THEM KNOW DIRING CHECK OUT. Staff are really helpful and go beyond to help. Rooms were very clean and so was the washroom. Best part was the beds were very comfortable not soft which is a perfect mattress for people with back pain. Also the hotel was very quite and no noise at all. The only missing part was HOTEL DO NOT HAVE A WEIGHING MACHINE TO WEIGHT YOUR LUGGAGE SO IF YOU ARE THINKING IN THE DIRECTION then you will have to walk up to a nearby 7 Eleven which is very close to the hotel and purchase a weighing machine for your luggage. I hope the hotel keeps a weighing machine in future.
