Good hotel, i have been there several of time .. clean and nice atmosphere. However the issue which is common in thailand is mosquito which is so much especially in looby area. The owner is very respectful and kind as well as tbe staff There are outside open area which is nice for morning waking.

Nice and quiet resort. But there were too much mosquitoes. And I was told that they dun have king or queen size beds in their rooms. So not advisable if you are couple going on honeymoon

We were looking for a place to stay overnight just 1 night, we had arrived at this resort very late night no guest. so we had walked in to this place and we met the old lady sit infront of resort... very lound noice from a TV. Nice small hotel. They provide hair dryer, shower cap, towels, soap and breakfast. The place is clean though I think the cleaner forgot to clean up the previous guest soap.

For the price, this place is worth it. The room is clean and quite cheap. They provide small breakfast like instant coffee, toast and some bakery in the morning. If you want a budget choice this one is a good choice.

Good place to stay. A lot of parking space. The room is clean and service is great. Locate near hospital, supermarket and some restaurant but have to drive 3-5 minutes anyway. The room is a bit to small for me. Beware of mosquito!! It's not the apartment fault though. It's just appear to have a lot of mosquitoes around this area.

Everything is pretty good. Except… Shower room no water-heater machine. Refrigerator no cool. Room cannot keep sound, I alway heard guests from neighbor room party at night, especially sound from raining so loud.

Very nice, out of the way Resort. If you are looking for a modern, quiet, quality stay, this is the place. If you stay on the bottom floor, open the sliding glass door, take two steps and you are in the pool! The room has A/C, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, color TV. Our room had a oversized king bed. Breakfast was included with the room. Solid 5 stars!

A very local place. The place has basic amenities but beautiful river/canal side location. Property is nice but the rooms are very basic.

Friendly staff, clean room, cool aircon, nice private space for swimming in the river. Only disadvantage is the bathroom. It is too small.

You can also watch the sunrise from the living room and the master bedroom. The house has all the amenities that you need. The beds and the sofa are comfortable. We truly enjoy our stay and hope to stay again in the future.

Inside the house is beautiful, good view, but when going to use the service The power went out from 6am until late. The water doesn't flow either.

Good view, 2 storey townhome style rooms, 3 bedrooms, 1 ground floor, 2 upstairs rooms. nice big room But I stayed 2 nights but the housekeeper didn't check at all. Suddenly open the room at 10 o'clock, which is another room and the lower room to checkout, but my room doesn't checkout, just unlock the key.

Start having to check in and receive the key in the reception area at the royal hills. A small basic hotel in a quiet location, I have stayed here a few times and have to say I like it. Big, clean rooms with air conditioning and friendly, easy going staff. No fuss, convenient and good value for money.

Room size was great, view outstanding, bed firm. Good location for eating with lots of restaurants. Helpful nice owner who I found to be have a warm kind spirit. Why only 4 stars you may ask....Well the shower had low pressure with no heat and the hotel needed a bit more effort in keeping the outside clean. Super place to explore the local area from.

Google map wrong pin The resort is located in Soi Kaeng Thiam near the pin. Go into the alley about 150 meters, it will be on the left hand side. From the satellite map, you can see the resort with a round pool in the middle. There is parking for about 10 cars. The accommodation is a house that is not very big according to the price. Not next to the river, good, near the dam, convenient to travel
