Chang Pai Hill

This is an absolutely wonderful place. If you are staying in Pai this is a must stay. The views are incredible and absolutely breath-taking and probably the best I have ever seen. You'll enjoy the mist covering and clearing the mountains most days.
The people that run the place are absolutely lovely. Breakfast was really nice and was bought to your room every morning and you select your items the night before. Having breakfast on the balcony each morning with the view down the valley was amazing. We had a bath on our balcony which I'd recommend getting. The rooms are spacious and clean and have big windows to enjoy the view from your bed.
There is also a decked and covered communal seating area where you can buy food and drinks and enjoy the view.
It is a small steep walk to town but they will drop you off and pick you up free or charge if you don't want the walk.
They will also pick you up and drop you back at the airport for a price but it's much safer than getting a bus.

Very nice hotel and not too far from the main area but we had a car. Good parking at hotel. Nice and quiet.
The price is reasonable, the rooms clean and comfortable (if you like a hard mattress)
My only complaint (unsure Agoda or hotel problem) I requested a ground floor room but the hotel ignored my request as i booked a delux room and on the booking page there was no way to know it was ground or 1st floor. The hotel should have called me but probably didn't read my request.
But overall nice hotel and pool. We booked this hotel because of the bath which was very big and two people could bath in it

Great view. Amazing breakfast which is brought to your room 🎉😍. Had to drive my motorcycle all the way up the hill, which was daunting to do the first time around but I managed.

Unfortunately when I was here the air quality was terrible so moved on from Pai quickly. Maybe better to not go here in February.

Beautifully located houses on a hill. Nice view of the sunset. Good breakfasts brought to the cottage. The center needs some renovation, but it is very clean and the staff is nice and polite. Pai is located a bit off the beaten path, but it has its advantages - it is quiet and peaceful. Only 1.7 km to the center, approx. 30 min. on foot. I highly recommend it.

We loved our stay here and would definitely come back. Its a little rough around the edges but doesn't spoil the magic of staying here. We only stayed for 2 nights and was sad to leave.

We stayed in H5. It had the most amazing view from the balcony. We had a delicious breakfast brought to our room in the morning and got to sit outside and enjoy the view (highly recommend the banana roti). There was a jacuzzi bath on the balcony, we did struggle to get the water hot enough but it would be nice a bit cooler on a hot day. The balcony did lack some privacy with it being so open and next to the restaurant. The room was clean and the WiFi worked for us. We saw the most amazing sunset from our room.

The staff were very accommodating. I called them when we got to pai and someone came and picked up us in 5mins on his scooter that had a trailer attached to it (so fun).

The place is located just outside of town. Its a 17min walk or a 5min drive. The hotel offer a free shuttle. We hired a scooter easily enough in town centre.

We got our laundry done through the hotel, we handed it to them around midday and it came back to us later that same day.

We didn't get the chance to eat at the restuant but the food looked good and the view is incredible.

We didn't use the pool when we were there. There was sunbeds that looked decent enough but the pool was a little green. We enjoyed sunbathing on our balcony.

Overall we'd recommend staying here and had a lovely time. We would come back to stay again.

Great views, food was delicious and the room comfortable. Will need a scooter to get around but they’re easily sorted with dragonfly rentals in town by the reception.
