The rooms are stunning, absolutely everything that’s shown online and in pictures.
The day spa, amazing! Excellent services.
We paid a decent amount for the romantic dinner, it was TERRIBLE. Food was cold, stale, inedible. The steak was overcooked and so tough I couldn’t eat it.
They continually forgot about us and 3 drinks we ordered never arrived. They didn’t clear dirty plates and at one point we had 3 courses still on our table, we had to hold the next meal as there was no room to put the next course down.
It was so bad that we left before dessert and moved up to the poolside and requested dessert there.
Staff at the hotel were great, message via WhatsApp anything we needed. They also had a buggy to take us to 7/11 anytime up to 11pm complimentary.
Unfortunately the Breakfast was terrible.
Overall the room & staff at the hotel amazing. The food & restaurant staff terrible. I definitely feel that the rooms are worth the money, but I wouldn’t dine there at all.

There’s no life .. the place very quiet even in night
No real activity
The room need for glass required because Insects entered the room
I have a burnt out diffuser bulb. I asked to have it repaired. The electrician came and did not repair it. They promised a bulb but never brought it.
The staff are very friendly especially Axel.
The golf cart driver was very nice and the two girls at the reception were wonderful.
Breakfast options are very few, the food is not tasty even the eggs taste bad.
The bar is always empty, there is no life. In the morning, our private beach is crowded with strangers from outside the place and it becomes very uncomfortable.
The side elevator is very bad and it took a long time to go and come back.

Stayed in the Panaromic Duplex Villa. Loved how spacious the villa is. Our villa's pool has a very nice view. The complimentary minibar is also a nice touch .The sea is clean but the waves can be a little high but it's not a problem if you can swim. They have a lot of daily activities like muay Thai, yoga etc, as well as kayaking. They also has a free buggy service for roughly 2-3 km radius of the villa. We were guided around by Mr. Excel and he was very professional and friendly. Something unique the property has is a funicular type of lift. Overall very highly recommended.

We arrived early and they had our room ready so they allowed us to check in early which was amazing! The buffet breakfast was great too, big variety and eggs cooked to your liking. Only downside is the gym is very small with minimal equipment and it is located away from most main attractions, however bolts easily accessible. Would come back :)

Smaller modern hotel (not big resort style) in a great location away from the mega-touristy areas. We chose it because it is very close to the sailing school (Sail in Asia) we were attending.
All common areas are well maintained, clean and welcoming. All the staff are helpful and super nice. Our room, whilst not big, was well appointed and comfy with a nice little balcony (great for drying!). Our room was also very close to the pool but we had no noise issues at all.
It’s a solid Grab drive to all the super touristy areas but there are quite a few good Thai restaurants within easy walking distance.

Super room, fabulously comfy bed, lovely bathroom. Great F&B and a good Happy Hour. Outstanding rooftop pool. Lovely location, nice small restaurants and shops within walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay at Bandara Beach Resort. Our room was cleaned daily and staff were always friendly and happy to assist with anything. The location is great - right on the beach and in a quieter area of Phuket, away from the crazy hustle and bustle of Patong. Although, only a short taxi ride to town. We enjoyed happy hour 2-for-1 cocktails at the Flamingo restaurant and Andaman bar. The view from the upstairs pool was lovely and it was never too crowded. During the last few days of our stay the pool was closed for maintenance, but we were given access to the pool at Bandara Villas Phuket which was only a short walk away along the beach. The hospitality at both establishments were excellent. The only disappointing experience we had, was the food served at breakfast. The selection and variety was not on par with other hotels that we stayed at in Phuket.

The panoramic sea view inside the room is stunning and I am amazed by the cleanliness and size of the private pool inside the room. The floating breakfast with wide variety of food is definitely a special experience. The hotel is quiet and away from the busy area, so that the guests can chill and relax even better in the private beach.

This place was amazing. So much to say but then it would sound like I’m trying to sell you. The staff and the property was great. The staff for lunch and dinner were amazing people. They also have a driver name Whiskey that drives you in a golf kart to local stores. The location is a little further from everything but it was worth every dollar. There’s a private beach for you and the locals. I give this place a 10 out of 10

I booked this property at the end of a two week solo trip to relax and pamper myself. I will preface with this- the property is gorgeous. However, the faucets for the giant spa tub in the bathroom did not work nor did the bath drain. Day 2 I spent exploring the area and after being out in the sun for 8 hours, I came back to my room and it was entirely flooded. There was a valve under the sink that broke and water gushed everywhere, to all areas of the room. I was told it would be an hour while they cleaned up and was escorted to the bar and offered a mocktail (aka juice). I added vodka to it because I needed it at that point and I was charged $3 for it; all I could do was laugh. I have never spent this much money on a hotel before and cannot believe I had those issues for over $600 a night. No one made this right and the guest experience employee ignored me after giving her an honest review in WhatsApp. All in all $1,800 down the drain (if only it worked)
