Generally speaking this place is a gem. The staff are very friendly and provide anything youask for. It’s a very quiet and beautiful setting right on the beach with direct access to the water. But work needs to be done in the rooms and bathrooms. The doors and windows have gaps which allows ants and lizards to come in. As long as you’re OK with it, it’s perfect.

Wonderful resort that is very dog friendly. The rooms were extremely roomy, clean and well appointed; our pup was allowed to roam around freely and explore the beach. The dinner was tasty and the owner had a wonderful selection of wines to choose from. If you are driving to Surat Thani or even Phuket (as we did with our dog), this is a great place to spend a night or two.

Very nice Hotel in front of the beach! The area is very quiet and more for local tourists on the weekends. Good to have a car. Breakfast location is amazing on the beach with very very few people.

Very nice staff, very welcoming. The rooms are fully equipped also with A/C Only 50m to beach They also gave us bikes to use during our stay for free

Family extra-friendly business, reasonable price (breakfast was included), spotless rooms, very welcoming people, bicycles were complementary (there is a magnificent scenic route along the greenery), the place is quiet and the beach is in 1 minute walking distance. Warmly recommended.

If you are traveling down the gulf coast, stay here. This place was a house the family built into a multi room hotel. That family is still there and took great care of us when we stopped for the night. The rooms were more than I was expecting, and the breakfast in the morning after the 3 minute walk to the best beach we visited our whole stay in Thailand, was excellent. Everything beat our expectations

Nice quiet 2-levels building. Rooms opened in 2016. Spacious family rooms. One of best price/quality ratio in town. Breakfast is the only meal served which is included in room price. Consists of bread, your choice of eggs, drink and a fruit platter. Owners are a very hearty family. They also provide nice snorkel trip to a nearest island ab. 25 km off shore. The hotel is very nice! The rooms are very large and clean! The beds are very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful! The beach is just a few meters from the door! We would have liked to have stayed longer! Highly recommended

Clean ,standard place with lovely staff and bigger rooms than normal. 5 minutes walk downhill to the beach. Suitable for a rest or short stay. Worth for money.

Cheap compared to nearby resorts; but I am afraid you get what you pay for. I expected it to be about to 100 metres from the beach. Actually closer to 500 metres. That is a long way to walk for breakfast! (Scooters can be rented on the beach). Hard beds. Fairly big rooms. The bathroom is adequate. Grump manager.

Hidden gem and well deserved serenity. Just walk beyond the mangroove forest to see the sea and all its beuty.

It is near Chumphon Airport....The hotel is on the way, calm, the location is isolated. may be difficult to buy If you don't have your own car But the resort provides services ... behind the resort It is a mangrove forest, when the tide is low, it is a landmark for taking pictures.

Recommended to stay here. The accommodation is very clean, the service is the best, very impressed, the food is really delicious. Will definitely stay here again.

Surprising family-run place. They are so kind and helpful to give you (for free) their own bike to get to restaurant. Great if you need an overnight before flight - just 10min ride, and yes, they will get it organized for you.

Definitely the nicest stay in the neighbourhood. We came in at night and were able to get a room right away. Friendly host and great service. Clean room with some snacks, but bed is quite firm.
