Nicely located little resort on a nice beach, Clean well maintained bungalows that circle the perimeter, so there is a lot of open space with trees. Lots of space to park a car. Personnel is very friendly and helpful. They serve great cocktails too, you can eat here, but there us also a seafood restaurant you can walk to over the beach. Great place, hope to be back!

Good but… …not worth the extra money. This place is slightly more expensive than the other resorts in the area - it’s not better though. There’s a pretty cool restaurant at the resort and the food was very good. We were the only ones there and the waiter looked a little stoned - like she would have preferred to chill in the sun. Don’t blame her. Wi-Fi did not really work in the bungalow we had....

Good location if you are heading to Khao Dinsor. Toilet didn't work properly as the water was unable to lower down. Pipes choked by the heavy rains. Otherwise will be better. The seaside cafe is wonderful. Good food and drinks 👍🏼

I've stayed here more than once, the last few times through covid restrictions and a part completed dining area. This time the dining room and kitchen are completed and operational. Maybe they offer alternatives to thai sea food menus because I saw, many people (not residents) come here for dinner. Can I just say, breakfast was good too.

Lovely garden setting and very quiet, which is extremely important to me. Our bungalow was well-appointed with a huge tv, a proper closet (not something you usually see in a bungalow), a nice hot shower, mini fridge, and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was ok, but the place was barely open. I'm sure the variety will improve when fully opened again. Still, the food was good.

Very nice Hotel in front of the beach! The area is very quiet and more for local tourists on the weekends. Good to have a car. Breakfast location is amazing on the beach with very very few people.

Very convenient place for staying overnight if you are traveling between North and South. Beach is very long and beautiful. Friendly staff, attractive prices.

Love this place! Room's decent, not overpriced. Tried both standard and seaview, highly recommended to get the seaview. Beach right across the hotel and is not crowded.

Very nice staff, very welcoming. The rooms are fully equipped also with A/C Only 50m to beach They also gave us bikes to use during our stay for free

Family extra-friendly business, reasonable price (breakfast was included), spotless rooms, very welcoming people, bicycles were complementary (there is a magnificent scenic route along the greenery), the place is quiet and the beach is in 1 minute walking distance. Warmly recommended.

If you are traveling down the gulf coast, stay here. This place was a house the family built into a multi room hotel. That family is still there and took great care of us when we stopped for the night. The rooms were more than I was expecting, and the breakfast in the morning after the 3 minute walk to the best beach we visited our whole stay in Thailand, was excellent. Everything beat our expectations

Nice quiet 2-levels building. Rooms opened in 2016. Spacious family rooms. One of best price/quality ratio in town. Breakfast is the only meal served which is included in room price. Consists of bread, your choice of eggs, drink and a fruit platter. Owners are a very hearty family. They also provide nice snorkel trip to a nearest island ab. 25 km off shore. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet road...

The hotel is very nice! The rooms are very large and clean! The beds are very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful! The beach is just a few meters from the door! We would have liked to have stayed longer! Highly recommended

Sleeping bed & pillow not comfot

We stopped in on a whim, it's got a terrific location right across from the beach. Very laid back, the people who work here come and go, but the room is nice, large, clean, with a terrific bathroom. Whatever Wi-Fi problems there were in the past are better now.

Clean ,standard place with lovely staff and bigger rooms than normal. 5 minutes walk downhill to the beach. Suitable for a rest or short stay. Worth for money.

Cheap compared to nearby resorts; but I am afraid you get what you pay for. I expected it to be about to 100 metres from the beach. Actually closer to 500 metres. That is a long way to walk for breakfast! (Scooters can be rented on the beach). Hard beds. Fairly big rooms. The bathroom is adequate. Grump manager.

Hidden gem and well deserved serenity. Just walk beyond the mangroove forest to see the sea and all its beuty.

It is near Chumphon Airport....The hotel is on the way, calm, the location is isolated. may be difficult to buy If you don't have your own car But the resort provides services ... behind the resort It is a mangrove forest, when the tide is low, it is a landmark for taking pictures.

Recommended to stay here. The accommodation is very clean, the service is the best, very impressed, the food is really delicious. Will definitely stay here again.

Surprising family-run place. They are so kind and helpful to give you (for free) their own bike to get to restaurant. Great if you need an overnight before flight - just 10min ride, and yes, they will get it organized for you.

Great place. Nice roomy car park. Large rooms with cool air, lots of storage and a spacious deck. The bathroom is also roomy and clean. The beach is as close as you can get. The beach is normally windy with strong waves. My second stay here is enjoyable. Highly recommend it

The room is very clean, spacious, with a lobby, front food during the day. There is a pool to play in, peaceful, but getting to it is a little difficult. due to complexity But overall the service is very good.

Clean room, new appliances, big room

Definitely the nicest stay in the neighbourhood. We came in at night and were able to get a room right away. Friendly host and great service. Clean room with some snacks, but bed is quite firm.
