Lovely staff, easy check-in experience having booked with expedia. Room we had on 7th floor was modern, spacious and clean with view over bridge back toward city. Very firm bed. Easy 10-15 minute walk from train station if happy to walk along street/pavement.

Nice quiet hotel somewhat offset, good bed, very good breakfast, really hot water, no hotel entry ramps for luggage, must carry up stairs. 2 lifts for room access.

The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast is delicious. The room is a bit dimly lit. The Deluxe room is near the elevator and not very private. The only difference between the Superior and Deluxe rooms is that there is a floor lamp, a thin robe and slippers. The price difference is almost 500 baht. I think it is not worth it. The location is nice and shady.

Nice place to stay near 7-11,Amazon coffee, Thai restaurant. The place were nice and quite and tuck away from main road. Staff so nice and polite. The hotel just been renovated during covid-19, comfy bed,clean en-suites and provide deposit box. Breakfast might be limited choices for western but good enough to fill you up. No bellboy available when we arrived but not a big deal for us. Highly recommend Value for money and easy accesible

It might look new but it feels old. The room smelled of molds, the aircon is the noisy kind from the past century, the shower took forever to become warm (and then forever to become cold!), the electrical sockets are a joke (no sockets near the beds - only for the bed lights, which are controlled by switches. It's like they over engineered the light switches which are all over the room but completely forgot that people might want to charge their phones...). The breakfast was worse than a normal hotel breakfast - very little food and cold already, no refill of juice, etc. If you stay here, realize that a big part of your money probably goes towards paying for the giant chandelier in the lobby rather than maintaining the rooms or providing basic value like breakfast.
