Absolutely THE quietest hotel I have stayed in, in Thailand. Clean, well-maintained, and a courteous staff. Check in is quick and easy. Unfortunately, restaurant and pool closed due to Covid, so I am unable to comment other than to note that both the pool and restaurant and very large, and very nice looking.

Popular hotel for tour groups. Very nice grounds and a large swimming pool. Some things need to be refurbished. Has a decent breakfast buffet. It is at the edge of the city, but you can walk to Big C in about 10 minutes.

Excellent value for the money the structure is old but rooms are decent and reasonably cleaned for a Thai hotel. Good breakfast

I stayed with my mom 2 nights here. We felt very relax. The swimming pool is amazing. i hope will come again with my family. i love thailand and local trip in thailand

Very nice superior room. The pool and the lily pond are beautiful! Breakfast is not really recommended. For dinner or lunch there is a small little restaurant right outside the hotel where you can get nice meals.

Interesting hotel. Very attractive grounds and we had a lovely bedroom with balcony and huge bathroom overlooking a massive lily pond. But we were amongst only a handful of guests in the hotel which gave the place a slightly eerie feel. And it's not located somewhere where you can rapidly walk out to things. But this is not a tourist town so not much to do anyway apart from an interesting temple complex...

This is an example of Thai architecture and outdoor living at its finest. A self-enclosed garden of eden with a huge pool surrounded by a divine lily pond.

The Park hotel has been our go-to spot everytime we are in Phitsanoluk for family visits. The location is great, the rooms are always clean and the staff super friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is included and they offer a wide range of items. If you are staying in Phitsanoluk, I highly recommend staying here. The beds are so incredible comfy.

In early November 2022 paid for 1300+thb. I got the room in tower 2 which quite far from lobby. Tower 1 was full of European tourists that jumped off the big tour bus. The wall quite thin, so a little noisy till 11:30 p.m. The breakfast was so so. The location was best for night Market. I also recommended the restaurant name "เขียง". The dinner there was excellent.

Spend 7 days here with my wife. The room is good and light. The shower is hot and the bed super comfy. Keep in mind that they are building/renovating the second block of rooms, but personally, I didn't notice it. It comes with free breakfast and there are enough options to choose from. Located near the city centre and easy to acces.

Very friendly and helpful staff but the hotel rooms are run down and in need of some love. It wouldn’t take much to freshen them up but at the moment they just feel tired and dirty. Plenty of parking and breakfast was just alright. We only had a quick stop off so it was enough but wouldn’t want to stay longer.

The Park Hotel is more expensive than I would like to pay for a night in Phitsanulok, but is in an ideal location - walkable distance from the train station (about 1.3km) and the weekend night market, and in close proximity to some cute bars. The location of hotel is convenient, not so far from walking street market. The room is good, clean and have more space. The toilet is clean and partitioned shower and toilet zone. Only thing to comment is water from shower is too little. If this point can be improved, the overall is really fine. BTW, breakfast is okay.

Nice place to stay near 7-11,Amazon coffee, Thai restaurant. The place were nice and quite and tuck away from main road. Staff so nice and polite. The hotel just been renovated during covid-19, comfy bed,clean en-suites and provide deposit box. Breakfast might be limited choices for western but good enough to fill you up. No bellboy available when we arrived but not a big deal for us. Highly recommend...

Not a bad place for stay. A few breakfast type you can choose. It's located nearby signature place of Phitsanulok. But maid is not available in nighttime if you need help during nighttime such as more towel or laundry bag, you might wait until morning. It shall improve this. Staff's service mind is good but sometime it's need more.

Very nice hotel. We booked a junior suite which is very spacious. The bed is very comfortable. There is a big sofa and a table with chairs. There is a fridge and a safe in the room. Water, coffee and tea is complementary and provided daily. The rooms are very clean. The staff very friendly. The breakfast has a big offer if Thai food. Egg dishes are cooked freshly. Parking is for free. I can recommend...

A real surprise . On our way to Bangkok we spend a night at The Grand Riverside . Easy chek in, a kind help from staff, a cozy, clean room and a very good breakfast . All at a very low price . Amazing Thailand

From the inside and outside this hotel is very modern and new compared to the surrounding area. It is close to the train station, which is a 10 minute walk from the hotel, which was the objective in order to catch the train early the next day. The room was very nice, spacious and modern, but the air conditioning makes noise, we had to turn it off to sleep. The problem was when we went to bed, because...

My visit to Pailyn was special because I stayed there more than 30 years ago... So I went there deliberately to relive old memories. It's an old lady clinging to it's grandeur. So it's a bit dated, but the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. I had a balcony overlooking the city on the eleventh floor, with AC, TV and a private bathroom. I can rate this hotel as a good 3 star hotel . I stayed in the deluxe room which is huge ! I loved the size of the room and bed. It was clean. Having said that the old area is in urgent need of updating everything looks really old ! Even the sheet of paper they leave In the room for guests. Very old but good value for what I paid anyway . Now the down size is that no one single person speak a word...

Modern, very clean, safe, friendly & comfortable. Much beyond expectation considering the room rates. Very appropriate for a short visit to Muang Pitsanuloke.

Slightly quirky, ultra-modern style hotel located out of town center but walkably close to Central Department Mall. Rooms feel larger than they are, thanks to high ceilings and oversize doors and hard minimilist furnishings. The beds and pillows are super comfy. Good water pressure in the good size shower. Room amenities are better than average including minibar stocked with reasonably priced beers...

The room we booked had a large private balcony and was very spacious. Parking no problem and there are additional spaces behind the hotel if needed. Modern hotel with loft whare house theme. Super comfortable king size bed. Great shower. Strong WiFi. Best Khao Tom Moo I've had a awhile. Espresso machine. Located on quiet street not far from main street and large mall. Just be aware staff's English is limited ;). They are playing Post Malone and Cold Play in lobby :)

Really amazing value for this hostel style hotel with some suprising perks. For 20 usd a night this place is a steal. Just across the largest mall in phitsanulok... Room has lovely branded faucets and a harmon kardon bluetooth speaker... On top of that. Their WiFi speeds are out of this world. And Netflix comes as standard in all rooms... Pity the ventilation system is not the best and food smells...

Good location room was ok but very old property breakfast was ok ok not much option for vegans but with this price it’s acceptable but definitely need renovation in gallery and elevator

Topland hotel Phitsanulok Love this place, nice rooms . Older hotel with classic foyer and friendly staff to greet you. Relaxed bar/ restaurant with good food and resident band playing laid back music. Tourist busses with Chinese dropping rubbish when the get off bus and pushy at breakfast buffet is a draw back but that’s life. The hotel is fantastic.

Very good location to walk to Wat Mahatat Temple for visiting the Pha Buddha Chinnarat. There are old shopping mall down stairs. I could see the temple and river from room

Top-rated hotel. Expect to find anything what a good hotel can provide. Chinese resturant is great. Besides, the hotel is in the center of the city.

Good location for sports lovers, most the staff are friendly apart from the sky bar man. The breakfast is the same as a 3 star hotel. The pool is deep and a 4 to 5 star pool. The hotel only has 2 lifts which is not enough for the amount of floors and rooms. Over all I'd say the hotel is a great 3 to a low 4 star hotel.

It's a crappy old hotel, but online it is cheap considering I paid much more a few years ago. Everything was good here except right now someone is smoking somewhere and the stink is coming through the a/c into my room. The wifi was good enough to watch a video, but strength would come and go. Bed and pillows good. Hot water was good. The room was clean, but I didn't like the carpet on the floor...

Very nice hotel haha. Two bed room is cheaper then any hostel in the city. Me and my friend are confused but pleased. However though do not order spicy food at the hotel. Its beyond decent.

Been here just because I've got good price price from Agoda just 10$ for twin. Location is terrific, staffs are very friendly, car park is very good, elevator is available but small, room is fine, nice mattress, got a bathtub, had a free breakfast. This place might quit old but worth to stay

Price-Value very good. Rooms are spacious and reasonable clean. We lost a valuable ring and called them after we left and they were willing to send the ring to us immediately. Very friendly staff.

The room is quite specious and clean. I had a pleasant stay at this place although the some rooms are quite close to the main road but it doesn't make much noise. The staff were very friendly this hotel has included breakfast which is really nice for the price. The dining zone is clean. I do recommend this place if anybody is looking for a place to stay in Pitsanulok.

Good price, good b'fast and the best thing is they provide Dutch Wife (bolster) which none of the other hotels do

The rooms are quite old but renovated. There's an elevator. Opposite to bigC. Large parking area. I love breakfast here!

Overall good hotel. Staff is friendly but not all speak good English, I did not have any big issues with the staff. Rooms are fine. This is a good place to stay if you want to have a more authentic Thailand experience. The area is not full of tourists. There are two nice temples close to the hotel (not walking distance). River is nearby. Make sure you know a few Thai words as most places don’t speak...

The buffet breakfast is ok. The room service is bad because they don't understand english, not even a little. The rooms are good, but it is just a place to stay one night. It is an average hotel in all.

A decent and good hotel for a couple of nights. The rooms are spacious and in decent shape but in my room the aircon was very bad and very slow to cool the room down. The location is okay pretty close to market, restaurant, train station and 7/11. Pool area is better on pictures than in real life but still decent and useable. No possibily for early check in even though you have Agoda platinum vip membership...

Rooftop pool was ok, no food and drink available and the umbrellas was kind of broken and old. Good location and friendly staff.

This was a nice hotel that I found while at a funeral. Room clean, bed soft, bathroom clean (no mold) air conditioner worked well, biggest problem I found, restaurant not open, except for a ridiculous and cold breakfast. You can tell at one time this hotel used to be grand, but I guess since covid-19 it has fallen on hard times. It looks like they are struggling to keep the doors open. Don't look for...

A centrally located well-managed hotel with a lift in a quiet side street. The rooms are well-kept and have a fridge and water boiler, the beds are comfortable. The pool and pool area could do with a small renovation.

Good hotel, not crowded and nice breakfast. The rooms are spacious and clean. The room is also well built. The reception speaks English and so does restaurant guy.

While this property is certainly large, don't be fooled by the name, it's by no means Grand. From the moment we arrived until even after we left, we felt as though the staff couldn't have cared one way or the other about us as humans, let alone paying guests. The place is tired and in serious need of repairs and renovations. Simple things like blown light bulbs, a fridge that had been left unplugged...

Very nice hotel. I have stayed 22 days here. excellent staff cooperation, high wifi speed and best breakfast. The rooms are best and fully facilitated.

The receptionist Khun Yollada is quite courteous and helpful all the way through. She is a plus point for the hotel more than anything. We gave her a bit of troubles as we switched out date back and forth. She was as civil as ever!

Clean and tidy. Good services. The hotel is located in the city not far from the airport where you travel easily. The price is reasonable.

This hotel is very nice. It's close to the historical temple in just under 500 meter and the location is at the heart of the city. The service is amazing also. The staffs are very friendly and helpful and the environment is very neat and clean and elegant. I would stay here again. It's a little pricey but for its location, services and the room, it's totally worth it.
