The hotel has ample parking without awkward maneuvering and one friendly, helpful and perfectly anglophone afternoon receptionist. The other receptionists are friendly and polite, but less anglophone. When booking online, i made two special requests. A bit tired and old but the price reflects that. The receptionist didn't seem too impressed with me turning up in motorcycle gear but was a bit more welcoming after I had cleaned myself up to visit the pool. I would likely choose another place nice time though. The buffet breakfast in the morning was ok. The pool was quiet at first but is open to the public so it became a bit busy and noisy.

Nice hotel a bit dated but lovely staff and a great view of the mountains, extremely comfy beds this is why i rated it 5 stars many beds in thailand are rock solid

Stayed here for two nights. Not many people came to stay here. Room is quite ok. However at around midnight there was loud music downstairs making it difficult to sleep. Breakfast does not offer many choices. There is no buffet but a choice of menus. Location is central.

Offered a bargain rate after I said I would use Agoda. Very happy. Large room with great views and balcony. The hotel is old and has been refurbished. Perfectly acceptable quality for the price. Kettle supplied but no coffee. One front desk staff member spoke good English and she helped me book my next hotel which only spoke Thai.

A hotel in Prae that is quite decent in the town otherwise regarded as transit place than a destination. It offers good dinner menu that includes some of the local fares. Breakfast is not bad with tasty local menu like Kao Soi (the northern noodle with curry soup. Staff is nice and friendly but the facility left a thing or two to be desired.

This hotel has great potential. Food and included buffet beakfast, room service ,atmosphere, location, price, free bicycle rental and pool and night music access included. However the elevator is a bit small and restroom plus AC with heater seriously need remodeling and restroom in particular need to be cleaner. I would otherwise give it 5 stars

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff. The rooms are looking a little tired and the bed is not the most comfortable but lovely for a short stay. No restaurant at the moment due to the COVID situation.

This is a modern hotel. Very clean and great amenities with daily linens. Free breakfast and great dinner options in the restaurant. Of all the nearby hotels, this is actually worth the price!

Well maintained hotel. Feels nostalgia, like the hotel that my family has brought us 20-30 years ago. Clean and large room, plenty of drinks in minibar. Five minutes drive to restaurants or supermarket. Very quiet. Small swimming pool if you wish to relax. The breakfast is fine which including local food. Must be the best in town for me.

this is a place where good intentions gone completely wrong. the rooms are not clean, air conditioning is old and squeaky, the towels are grey instead of white. breakfast is ok though.

A little out of the way but a fairly nice modern hotel. Great for the price. (350 baht during Covid era).

The rooms are spacious with a big TV. The bathroom could be better. Overall the facilities were satisfactory; although a bit unclean, dusty and outdated but the room was a budget option on Agoda and serves its purpose if you're not fussy.

The room is quite new, overall okay except the bathroom could be improved a little bit (like shower zone and toilet zone) A little outside from the old town centre

Stayed one night in a 'new' chalet which was spacious and clean but in need of some TLC as the two bedside lights were not working. There was noise from a party going on in the restaurant so we went out to eat to escape. The shower installed was not powerful enough and needs replacing IMO.

This resort on Phrae-Nan highway is outside the city limit. One has to enter a small lane and goes down the lane for approx. 300 meters. For THB 400 per night, take the new section with slightly larger rooms. However, the tiled floor can get slippery so walk firmly. There is no restaurant, however, one is under construction. Good deal for the price and the rooms are clean.

Under 1,000B with pool and a great breakfast. Excellent value! The bedroom is the best we have had in Northern Thailand. Very luxurious. Extremely well designed (toilet, shower and sink in 3 different rooms:) Spotless. Everything was perfect. Two minor issues: the WiFi connection was not reliable. A bit frustrating. The hotel doesn’t have great views. It’s centrally located but not easy to access with...

Nice new and clean. Rooms are spacious with big bathroom. The down side is the location. The road to hotel is very narrow and the hotel is surround by houses with no views. The price is reasonable.

Decent hotel. Well equipped room. Clean and comfortable. Parking available but it’s down a very tight soy if you have a SVU. My only pet hate is when you arrive at 13:00 knowing it’s a 14:00 check in but you can see the hotel is not busy. Reception then makes a big thing of “allowing” you to check in early as though they were upgrading you to a presidential suite! The room is ready…I’m standing here...

Excellent hotel for the money. Clean, well-appointed rooms, nice staff, good location (walking distance to many attractions in the town) and a very decent breakfast. Couldn't fault it.

Disappointed with the room. Quite a few mosquitos flying around when i checked in. Room needs better cleaning. There are dead mosquitoes on walls. Main shower head is plugged and the water is spraying from the back. Hand shower does work. Toilet does not gave any exhaust fan or central system. No screens on the windows. Toilet fixture the small tiles are not grouted completely. This collects dirt....

It is a beautiful, comfortable place to stay, the atmosphere is very good, the price is not expensive, there is a vintage Lanna style, very good.

Improve the smell. The room is musty. Breathe and stuffy nose. There should be no hanging in the closet.

The accommodation is on the road, very easy to find, arrives about 10 minutes before entering the city of Phrae, there is no key deposit. There is a covered car park behind it. The atmosphere of accommodation is shady, lots of trees. Not too wide and not too narrow, with seats to relax or eat. The middle area is a quiet lawn, but the sound of the car can be heard quite clearly. especially the truck...

The hotel is a retro-style, but nice, clean and all facilities are there. They also open the WWII and Thsi Resustancd Museum on the premises for you upon request.

Good room at a great price: 300 baht for a fan room! Tall ceiling, balcony, breakfast included. Close to bus station. Not too far from all of the places to see. They even have a bit of hot water for the shower if you keep the water flow low.

The old hotel is renovated and new paint. It was decorated in Lanna style(Northern Thai style). Inside the rooms still looks old but quite clean. Inexpensive and breakfast is included in the room rate. Near Phrae bus station. Have free wifi.

The hotel is not bad, but it is badly preserved, a little untidy. The rooms are good, clean, air conditioning, hot water, wifi, tv. The moquette in the room is not hygienic, in my opinion. Breakfast is acceptable. The price of 530 baht for a double room is fair. Nearby there is a great thai restaurant.

For the price it is good enough and close to the busterminal. Maybe in the night to loud. But that depends on your room.

We had the most wonderful stay here. The room was clean and comfy, the porch and reading balcony in the 2nd floor are inviting, but most importantly, the owner was so nice and helpful. He spoke excellent English and helped us to check the bus schedule all the time with a smile. I would definitely highly recommend!

Lovely location with very helpful and English-speaking stuff. Clean, spacious, well maintained and well equipped room with comfortable bed. Staying in Phrae you can rent a scooter and visit the beautiful surrounding with golden rock temple (great views) and Wat Na Khu Ha in a beautiful ricefield landscape/ Inside town visit Wat Phong Sunan with the turtle and lying Buddha. I love this place. I booked 3 nights around new year and due to a motorbike accident, had to stay a week longer. And what a great place to recover, so peaceful and quiet even though it’s quite central in town. The rooms are super comfy and clean and everything looked brand new. The staff are great people from the cleaners to the manager who helped me with everything I needed. Definitely recommended

This is an excellent place to stay in Phrae. The pricing is reasonable and the location is central and very quiet. The design is classically modern and understated while thought was given to comfort and convenience. The building materials used and the furniture supports the theme of quiet comfort. I really enjoyed my stay and will choose Baan I Inspire on my next trip through or to Phrae.

South of city along highway. Breakfast fair. Had Thai dishes, standard. Instant coffee and bread for toast. Had eggs and hotdogs, but COLD. Atmosphere very nice. Had tub, but low water so could not use. Had good hot water. Beds comfortable .

Clean room. The smell of fresh sheets are so comforting especially when you want to just rest and sleep.

I went ahead an booked a stay here, even though Expedia had no reviews of this hotel. I am very glad I did. Rooms are large, quiet, comfortable, and the king bed very very comfortable. It is private, with (ground floor) rows of tall bird-of-paradise plants as a privacy screen in front of the room. Outside the room, through the sliding glass window, there is a small patio/sitting area with a similar...

Nice modern pet friendly hotel😃 The hotel charges THB 500 extra for our dog. The facilities in the room are pretty nice, especially the comfy bed, pillows and the bathtub😀 The breakfast is not buffet style, because there are less customers during this period, but its still pretty delicious😋😋

This is a beautiful room in a lovely area right in central Phrae. Spacious and cozy, with a cozy sitting area. As other reviewers have mentioned, so the room is best for an individual or a family. Definitely highly recommended!

Stylish, cozy and just lovely place to stay if you are in a Phrae province. Amicable host, private parking, soft bed, nice breakfast, delicious coffee and more you can easily find here. It would be absolutely perfect if visitors could have dinner here, too as sometimes you have to check-in late… Anyway, this place is really good and we’ll definitely come back here if we have a chance to visit Phrae...

We had tried all the other popular hotels in Phrae before settling on this one. It is a diamond in the rough. Our room was bright and airy, however it is two factors that really make this hotel: 1. The owner is an absolute sweetie: 2. Hug Cafe, which is a little delight. Good cap and chilled vibez. I really wouldn't bother with the other places (at the moment) in Phrae.
