Fantastic customer service from the moment of booking to our stay.
This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel.
We travel with elderly and stay in the suites at very reasonable rates. Everything is amazing here, including river side location, food, and coffee.
* We travel for business and leisure.
We will come back again next year.

Great location on the river. Room was clean. Breakfast was typical for Thai countryside. Beautiful pool. Nice restaurant on site. Highly recommend.

Great moment here with clean room, nice view of Mae Klong River, Smart TV and many others. Price is good with staff that have good service mind.

Best hotel that I have seen in Banpong. Friendly staff at the reception during check-in.
The rooms are spacious and very clean. Big bathroom as well.
From the room we had a view over the river. Between the river and the hotel building there is a big swimming pool as well as The Glasses restaurant.

I was at the midway between Bangkok and Kanchanaburi. Whether it’s hotels or restaurants, there aren’t many options in this town. The room was large, not bad for the price, and the hot water was stable, but they installed a motion sensor outside the bathtub. Although there shouldn't be a camera, I felt uncomfortable having something like this pointed at me while I was taking a shower.

This is a wonderfully modern and bright hotel right on the river. Every room is a different shape and size but decoration is generally very good. Beware though that some of the rooms have uncomfortably small shower spaces.
Underground parking is nice and spacious with generous width for cars.
Unfortunately though they cannot control everything and the noise from the chickens on one side, pigeons on another and the early morning gongs and chanting from the temple right across the river can make for very broken sleep.

A lovely stay in Banpong. The hotel was modern, clean and very well appointed. The hotel and restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly, going above what was expected to help us. Thank you for a lovely stay

Good location by the river, super clean room and comfortable bed. The off-street customer parking bays under the hotel were large, so parking was easy. The pool was great, with shallow area for children. As part of the hotel and overlooking the river a cafe called Classes where you can relax with a coffee and range of lovely cakes.

Room near river side is very clean and quiet with great view for both day time and night time
