If you wanna feel like family while staying in Phuket, I recommend this hotel. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and kind. And the hotel itself is clean roomy and comfortable. Great choice if you wanna relax and enjoy yourself.

Great place, pool was beautiful and breakfast was great. Service was also pretty good. A little far from beautiful beaches. Rawai is nice and chilled though. Would recommend for the price. The mosquitoes were unrelenting though! Hotel should put those mosquito plugs more often before guests arrive.

“Everything was great 👍🏽. Very nice, clean room with a small kitchen, a huge comfortable bed, and a Bali-style glass shower. The staff was very friendly and kind. There’s a lovely swimming pool tucked away between the buildings—hidden and quiet. Highly recommended! 🫰🏽”

I loved staying here! The staff is very nice, they helped me with everything I needed. Breakfast choices are wide, but I ordered only eggs and pancakes, they were delicious. The chief cooks food right in front of you, so it’s fresh. Rooms are cleaned well, there’s always fresh towels. Location is good - 7/11 is like 3 minutes walking. I used the pool only once, but saw it was cleaned often. I fell in love with this place and stuff and the little doggie Lukhchin, they are adorable 🥹

This place feels like home! The staff is wonderfully helpful and kind. The rooms are my favorite in Phuket. And who doesn’t love a little pup greeting you when you arrive!

Well because I didn't use app and showed up at door they charged 400 b more than the best rate, the bed way to hard pillows ever wake up with stiff neck now you know. But all said and done the gardening staff need a raise . Would I recommend no.

Hands down one of the worst 4 star hotels I’ve ever seen, not sure who writes all the other reviews. the rooms are tidy but not clean or secure, next door can walk straight into your room with the flick of a switch on the internal door. The air con unit was not working it was just fanning boiling hot air around the room. And after being in there for not even 5 mins refused a refund. Not trying to ruin people’s livelihoods the manager seemed a nice enough lady but would stay away at all cost.
