Very clean and comfy rooms ! You really need to upgrade to pool Access to enjoy your stay. First building IS a bit close to the road so you Can hear the vehicles while in the pool but not in thé room so it's fine. It has Access to the sea but it's not really a convenient access . Booked 'Palm' room in the garden, we did late check-in The resort upgraded our room to deluxe one which was very kind of them but it has view of other room balconies and was chemical smelly (maybe because it has been closed for a while), so we asked to change the room back to what we booked at the first place. Stayed here for Sandbox, the apartment/room was great, with kitchen and oven. Staff were great from the booking process to get the SHABA code to making sure I was comfortable for the whole 2 weeks. Pool and gym are great too.

Location is on the hill and view is super perfect. Pool side view really nice. Only one thing that staff must inspect the room condition before hand the key. Telephone no line. TV broken. Bathtub leaking all the time and couldn't relax even filling water for several hours.

It is a small, very comfortable and clean resort. It is inexpensive because it is not so close to any beach. It is very quiet, it is actually like an apart-hotel, there are several independent cabins, the room has a living room and kitchen with sink and microwave. In addition to a large balcony; separate from the room. It has a very nice pool.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. You feel at home. Everywhere is perfectly clean, cleaning is excellent. We'll definitely be back.

I booked my stay for a week here because it is within short walking distance to sinbi muay thai. It is a good option if you plan to train there. I do consider it to be a bit overpriced for what it is. The rooms are okay. The fridge has no freezer. The bathroom is good. The hot water and water pressure was awesome. We had a great stay at Z&Z house. The owner was very welcoming and friendly. Room was very clean and there is a beautiful pool there. The hotel provides water for your stay. I really enjoyed my holidays here (2 weeks). I was able to deeply relax here - either in my wonderful apartment - or at the pool. This place is like a little paradise. From all meals being prepared to the fantastic treatments, this short break was a perfect way to recharge and revitalise. My husband and I did the 7 day Wellness package and found it an ideal way to try new foods, rejuvenate with twice a day yoga and basically relax.

The whole detox and Ayurveda treatments and massages were fantastic. The 2 Indian Doctors were wonderful. A great experience. I loved the twice daily yoga classes which have inspired me to keep practicing now that I am home.

Beautiful place with lots of green and nice pool. The only complaint I have is room is infested with mosquitos, I suspect during room servicing, the door was opened. We killed 12 to 15 mosquitoes just the day when we checked into the room. For the price we paid, shouldn't expect much or complain. Decent, I would say.
