I felt completely rested during my stay here. The service was impeccable, from the attentive concierge to the restaurant and spa staff. A wonderful place to stay. Makes you never want to leave the hotel. Huge swimking pools, three floor gym, huge spa. Overall a great place to stay if you are looking for a retreat to exerxise, relax and have spa but also for couples or families who want to have a good time.

I have to say the staff, the resort, the quality of the food is the best experience we had in Thailand. We had the best 8 days of unwinding, exercise, massage we could have ever hoped for. Booked 'Palm' room in the garden, we did late check-in The resort upgraded our room to deluxe one which was very kind of them but it has view of other room balconies and was chemical smelly (maybe because it has been closed for a while), so we asked to change the room back to what we booked at the first place. Stayed here for Sandbox, the apartment/room was great, with kitchen and oven. Staff were great from the booking process to get the SHABA code to making sure I was comfortable for the whole 2 weeks. Pool and gym are great too.

We had a nice stay at Le Resort Phuket, where we experienced a unique stay in a dome. The tropical ambiance added to the charm, making it a memorable getaway. However, we did notice that some areas could have been cleaner. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we enjoyed our time there!

Nice hotel, clean rooms, lovely staff. However if you are looking for quiet and peace this is not the best hotel. Full of noisy Chinese tourists who are super loud and super rude! The staff don't or can't do anything about it maybe because they don't want to offend the affluent Chinese. You won't get much sleep at night or even early morning.

We stayed at Dome Glamping for a day and secured a better deal by contacting them directly instead of booking online. The rooms and room service were exceptional. Deducting one star only because there was no view from the open sitting area upstairs and the buffet breakfast we chose each day was not good, but the breakfast tray we ordered for the pool was not bad.

A fairly well-maintained villa resort with kids friendly facilities. The problem was mosquito infestation... our two one-year old grandkids were badly bitten despite wearing mossie patches. The 11 adults were not spared too.

We had a great stay for the 4 days we were there. The outside shower and toilet were different, mozzies were the only issue when going to the toilet.
