This resort is amazing. It is so beautiful, and located in a quite place near the river. The stuff were so kind and took care for everything we needed: made special meals for us, and took care of our rides in the area. If you are coming without a car or a motorcycle, it will be a little bit complicated to travel around the area

Staff were very warm and welcoming. We had an issue and the management (Oliver) went way over expectations to help us (hence the 5 stars). Food was great, room was large, lots of sightseeing, lots of art and instagram worthy spots.

Excellent hotel stay for a very reasonable price. Breakfast was great, but nothing special. Staff were very accommodating and kept the restaurant open late when we arrived late.

This place was absolutely stunning. The views are amazing. We stayed in the water bungalows. The rooms need a little TLC, and the decor is outdated. Sitting out the verandah was peaceful and listening to the water flow while you sleep felt like you were on an actual boat. The food was okay

It is a huge resort and its on the river. It was low season so not many people about but the staff made it a pleasurable experience. They certainly went out of their way to ensure we ate and slept well. The rate we got included evening meals and breakfast and the evening meals were delicious. Great location, great view. Amazing weather around this time! The room is very thin though and with a lot of squeak because it's made from wood. The only problem is the restaurant order is very very slow. 1 hour and 30 minutes but the food is worth the wait because it tasted very delicious!

Great hotel with so many activities . We went paddle boarding and river rafting and it was so much fun and is great that there’s such great activities at the hotel. There were such beautiful views whilst paddle boarding . Hotel rooms are nice too and clean. It is very pretty at night time with all the fairy lights on.

But every activity had a cost, like transportation by boat (long tail boat) 150 baht per person (pier to hotel / hotel to pier) and rest or sunbeds area on pier is not cleaned. PS. This place is located near the national park. You can either drive and park near the hotel or use the speedboat service from the hotel’s pier and it takes only 10 minutes. The resort is nestled in the jungle and spread over a large area with natural gardens and is very pleasant. The museum alone is worth the price of the accommodation. Anyone visiting the war cemetery or Hellfire Pass Memorial should also visit the private museum on this property.

We booked for deluxe room with the Riverview wish the best. The hot spring pool is amazing if you go there in the end of rainy season and starting off winter time in Thailand. We had the very good time there. Just a little bit for the breakfast that's could be improved.
