This place is AMAZING. Tropical white sand beaches and all the amenities you could wish for. Highly recommend the 6 island boat tour. Snorkeling with tropical fish and visiting the national park island was an experience I won’t forget!

Pros: nice breakfast on the beach (at Jep's), mostly Thai people staying here, which I like because it feels local; nice, cool, modern and comfortable rooms; the property is located just beyond the craziness of the popular beach; much quieter than even the best hotels at the popular beach, where live bands play all night
Cons: no view of the beach or any view at all, only outside view is from my bathroom; a real hike up to the room from the beach, but not too bad.

4 stars for the location, as there are many, many stairs to the room, plus a ramp. But overall it is very good, the room and bathroom are huge. Light colored and clean. Breakfast is good for Thai standards. Close to the beach, but the restaurant in front is very expensive, others on the island offer the same thing for much lower prices. Just a tip!! 🇧🇷

The Avatara hotel is about 600m from the Main center Sai Kaew beach. From nong than pier 30thb pp in a 10 seater songthiew. (Vehicles are not allowed in the island). If only for two people 100thb each.

Hotel rooms are up a hill, hence not recommended at all for people with mobility issues. From reception u need to climb up a hill about 20-30mtrs and further stairs inside the hotel to get to rooms.

But when u finally get to a room the rooms are newly renovated with all facilities. Clean and functional. Very good rooms, probably few of the best in the whole island.

Service of all staff is exemplary. Very attentive and they tire themselves to serve us going up and down the hill. Feel bad for them. Hope hotel provides a solution for this.

I was fooled by google photos of a pool in the hotel. Don’t be fooled there is no po.

The beach is across a very small road;@(almost a walking path) it’s no issue. Very good poolside restaurant and bar. Beach is lovely.

U can get to sai khaew beach from here easily in a songthiew or by foot.

Whole island is recommended only for ppl with normal
Mobility.

Loved the location of the hotel with its beautiful private beach, eons better than Sai Keaw in my opinion and not as secluded and inaccessible as other beach resorts. Shady beach with lots of free seats and wonderful food at the hotel restaurant just next to it. Breakfast was good enough. Restaurant staff were great. Hotel staff, not so much. They were frankly unhelpful and always acted like we were imposing, even for the simplest request. I think this reflects on the management/owners who don't encourage the staff to be more pleasant and accomodating. There is no lift or shuttle between the rooms and foyer which is a bit of a walk. I would stay here again but not in my old age, it's only for the young and spry.

Really nice hotel. Great service great location and room was good. Restaurant on beach was also nice. There was an uphill walk to room but no big deal. Same with most in this area.

Wonderful place to the beach for sleeping but also for eating. Great food and service.

PN travel is the best and give you very good service.
