The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The location was convenient, and the breakfast was outstanding. Upon check-in, we encountered an issue with the door lock, but the hotel promptly arranged a room change. The front desk staff handled the situation with great efficiency and professionalism. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

The hotel is close to the beach. The room is clean and the staff are excellent but getting from the lobby to the room is quite a journey. If you have luggage keep in mind that you have to walk for a while and climb many stairs before you get to your room.

the location is on Ao Phai, they have a good restaurant and staff was helpful. The downside of this resort is the walking distance from the beach to the room is a bit far as they located on the hill. There's no motorcycle rental service but they can help calling local taxi. The breakfast is good and the room size is big

Right next to a really beautiful beach. Pleasant stay with rooms that were cleaned every day. Be aware they ask for a 1000bhat deposit in cash on arrival per room. They gave this back as we left. Keep the receipt. They also offer a free beach towel service which was very helpful.

Second line from the beach, communal pool and dining areas are stuffed with people, light in some rooms is not good, they open onto internal passageways so people walking by regularly doesn’t make it very peaceful. Good to use as a beach base and exploring other places nearby.

I love Pavillion resort at Ao Phai beach in Samed. Great breakfast, friendly staff, nice pool. The only downside was I found it difficult to get the shower at a good temperature, either too hot or too cold. Despite this, I would visit again!

We paid premium price for this hotel as we were quite last minute. It’s not even a 3 star hotel. It’s old and moldy. Service was poor. Cleanliness not up to standard for what we paid. They do have a pool and they are located close to center. But all in all don’t expect too much.

We've had a memorable anniversary at Saikaew resort. The service is top notched from the shuttle boat service to the front desk, the room, the food, the breakfast, the pool. I had the absolute best time during my stay at Sai Kaew Beach Resort. Koh Samet is gorgeous and so are the grounds of the resort. I can’t say enough good things about all the staff! Everyone is just so friendly here. I am sad to say goodbye but will definitely return. A special shout out to Pepe at the Mango! From the moment I checked in, I felt very welcomed by the front desk team, especially Khun Janphen. She was attentive, detail-oriented, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room and facilities were very clean and well-kept. After 7 p.m., they also hosted an outdoor movie, which was such a nice touch. To my opinion it's one of the best hotels on the one of the best islands in Thailand. Why? Beacause you can walk to many biutiful beaches from this place, and you have shop nearby, and a center of the city not very far if you need it. Local beach is 30seconds from your room number. And very biutiful garden... breakfest is good. And of course here we have very nice disco in evening.

I was recommended this place for dinner but came twice both for lunch and dinner it was so good. Massive menu with a great choice of traditional Thai food, the best I had while in Koh Samed. Try the oysters. In the evening theee is a fire show in the beach at 9pm. An immersive and enjoyable experience. Make sure this is on your list for Koh Samed.

Great place for a family holiday! We had a bungalow on the beach, with its own terrace. The house has a small second floor, where a double bed fits. There is everything you need. To be honest, I'd say it's pretty decent. The price is fair for the room, offering good value for money and no real complaints. The breakfast spread had a good variety. The hotel is located right by the beach. The island isn't very big, so I'd actually recommend renting a scooter no matter where you're staying. I would definitely choose this place again for my next visit.

The room was nice amenities are set as it should, however there was the error regarding the staff. One more thing is the corridor is not that clean and there are 2 dogs laying there the whole day😥

It’s a very simple Thai style guest house. The rooms are ok, they are air conditioned but the toilets and shower don’t have a separation. No cleaning service for 3 days, but you get 2 bottles of water per day. Toiletries are provided.

It's so good, kind of private beach, not too much tourists and litters, friendly staffs and good services, if I have a chance, I will stay here again.

We didnt stay here but we try the restaurant and are very happy, service quick nice and the food are really good.
