By far, the worst placed I had ever stayed in. The AC is working on and coolling, but can't hold it on by stinky smell that gets out of it. Very serious hygiene and cleaning problems. Couldn't sleep with the smell, the heat and the really bad mattress...

Personel seems to be unable to respond to a friendly " arun saw at krab ( อรุณสวัสดิ์). Humidity with little to no possibility for venation, a door that let's in more mosquitos then I could kill in one day ( and I really missed only one in every 10 tries).
If ideas and suggestions are taken... Put either bamboo or plastic tiles over the tile floor that accumulates condensed water. The daily personel discussion can be followed from in the room due to loudness.

Disgusting
I'm not a xenophobe since I'm an expat for many years, but Burmese immigrants who have a nasty attitude shouldn't be employed in hotel management.

Service, location, cleaning are very good.
My room on the 1st floor got bad smell.
Too loud and hard to use door lock.
Beach umbrella made by plastic so it feel hot more than cotton material.

This is a nice enough faded hotel right on the beach. The rooms are cheap, with a small TV, fridge, hot water jug and a bathroom. Both the cupboards in the wardrobe were broken and some light switches were also broken (not safe). Get the rooms on the 4th floor as better breeze. Overall it's still a good deal for right on the beach.

The location is good but the hotel have bad service..I asked for towel to go to the beach they told me to use the one I have from yesterday(and with bad attitude) also didnt clean my room and when I asked for cleaning they didnt do it. In general do not choose this place!!!

Dont bother staying here if your a farang / westerner didnt feel welcome at all, rude staff worst ive experienced in Thailand, everything for reception seemed to be a hassle for them, they really dont like you it seems

FOOD POISONING - AVOID - our party of four ate at the restaurant here on the weekend of 3rd Feb 2017 and all of us subsequently spent the night in the bathroom vomiting with diarrhea. Then ill in bed the whole next day. Two days later still unwell and have barely eaten. The restaurant was incredibly busy, same goes for all the food vendors along this beach so I can't imagine they were too bothered about stringent hygiene standards. To add insult to injury the food was overpriced at 2000 baht for three simple dishes, rice and three beers. Seemed to be the standard here, don't visit Ko Samet for the food.
