I came here as a solo traveler - not much of a city person so when I got off the plane the first thing I did was rent a bike and come here before heading through the mountains. Wow. Wow wow. Fantastic place if you're looking for peace and quiet. Nice pool the rooms are really clean and any problems are fixed straight away. Although I did not stay here I did look round it looks fantastic nice grounds well maintained and staff friendly and eager to help even though I was just visiting , the chalets looked very well kept and if I was arriving for a holiday I would not have been disappointed by the venue like I said I did not stay here but just on its presentation I would recommend you to give it a try.

People who like to take photos are recommended to come here. There are many angles and styles to choose from.. The owner of the shop is very good service. The food is not expensive and the taste is good.. There is a karaoke room by the river to sing for relaxation.. Come and have a look. Yes, you will like it.

A gem out of Chiang Mai. Love this resort. Warmly welcomed, very quiet, i could stay sit on the terrasse in front of our room all the day. So if you have a scooter or a car do not hesitate to go a bit out of the center of Chiang Mai.

Wonderful place out of the city. The people are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was first class. A true gem off the beaten track. We will certainly stay here again next time we come to Thailand.

A 5* review for a 5* stay. Around 20/30 mins away from the city centre we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. For most of the time we were the only ones there. Extremely clean and beautiful throughout

Quaint and vintage style. Rooms are spacious with a refrigerator and heated shower. It lacks kettle or water heater for coffee or tea. The location is awkward, but nice and quiet. It would be a great place for photography. Monthly rent is available but you must stay for 3 months in order to get your deposit back. This is NOT stated up front.

Really nice place to eat with a relaxed feel to it. Have a sip of cold coffee right by the cool residence pool and have a delicious coconut milk fruit shake! Quality food and accommodating service. I love going here. They have a few good vegan options such as the spaghetti with either tomato sauce or mushrooms and morning glory. The coffee is also quite good here.

We stayed 1 night here and if we knew it was going to be so nice we would have booked more but we had other hotels booked and paid for. We had a really nice cabin big and clean resort is surrounded by ducks and an elephant. Breakfast was the best we had in our 90 day in Thailand. The staff were so nice and we fed and watched the elephant take a bath. Parking was right next to our cabin.

What a great place to stay! Friendly owners and staff, good food in their own restaurant. The owners took us to the festival in Chiang Mai. The hotel is far away from the city but everything you need is at hand. We got to use motorbikes for free and saw the beautyfull nature surroundings. We will return! Thanks to all! 🙏

My family and I love BaanPong Resort! We have stayed two times now. The first time we stayed in the lodge room with a very comfortable bed. This time we stayed in a big family room with a huge king bed and a separate sleeping area with two twin beds. It had a huge living room that converts into a big bed. The best resort we've been in! The family that owns the place is so nice, they take care of everything you need and more. The resort name is definitely fitting, it is so beautiful and relaxing. The food is delicious and learning to cook with Pai was so fun. Each room is it's own house and the privacy and the ambiance is amazing.

Wonderfully relaxed and green hideaway! Just 20 min outside Ciang Mai City center, get away from the hustle, traffic and noise and spend a couple of days amidst green bushes, under shady trees surrounded by colourful flowers. People are tremendously friendly and the food is so Y U M M Y. Jump into the pool or play a round of pool. I would like to highly recommend this place!

The family can stay 3-4 rounds. The room is not expensive, not narrow, the bed is good, sleeps well, welcomes dogs. The entrance is a bit mysterious, but it's safe. Opened Nov 2016, this quiet home stay with bistro overlooking padi field is a pleasant discovery. Run by helpful and friendly English speaking young thai lady, the bistro serves organic rice harvested from surrounding padi fields. Beautiful place.

It's not a homestay anymore. as far as I've seen I see that there are only fruit shops at the front entrance and on the side selling crispy pork rice.

The dusty carpet on the floor should be a lot because it is allergic to loud hives from the karaoke on the opposite side, but after midnight it's ok. The room is large and soft, overall it is considered good and suitable for the price.
