there is washing machine at room balcony, but i cannot manage to get the water come out of the faucet. so i use the laundry service instead. other than that, Everything is good, the spacious room, the hot shower, the hospitality and quick response. almost felt like home. definitely would choose to stay here again in my next chance.

This is my first time in Pracheenburi and surprise to see a luxury hotel hotel in the middle of nowhere. lanscape is great with lake, big garden and natrural made waterfall ... plus good gym with wider gardening view. catering is good .. facility is good for meeting and leisure. staffs are trying their best to service.

I came to wrok in factory near by but when return to the Hotel, it filled like resort fill more relaxed. Service is supper and reasonable price. Comment: The hotel not new so they have some parts that need more maintenance.

Nearby 304 industrial park and oppsite the local market with many convenient stores, local restaurants and outlets. Rooms are clean but a little old although they have done renovations. Many room can still hear sound of air condition which cannot do anything much. Lake view is good. Breakfast is fair. Room rate is reasonable.

The 3 stars are given to the room facilities even though the bed is very "wood". The rest of other facilities are in poor condition, ie fitness center is not very well maintained, some of important equipment are out of order and not clean.

This is a very good Business hotel for short stay overs. The rooms are outdated and rather simple but clean. You feel safe and secured by the 24/7 security guards outside and the magnetic key system to open the general door downstairs. Why not put an cardboard on the door to let the staff know if you like the room to be cleaned or "Do not disturb" sign?

Nice Japanese style hotel. Big room with kitchen pantry and a bathroom with bathtub. The hotel even has a washing machine provided in a room. Japanese cable TV is available, even though you don't know Japanese but HBO and Discovery channel are there for you.
