In the beginning we thought the resort was overrated. We had some issues but the staff really tried their best to fix it, which showcased a high level of hospitality and professionalism. Beautiful architecture, the breakfast view is unbeatable.

This is a very charming property that leaves little to be desired. The rooms are spacious, clean, well cared for and serene. The grounds are tidy and well designed. Pool is clean and refreshing. The restaurant offers a good selection of primarily Thai dishes, although there are a few western dishes available too. Hotel and rooms are very beautiful and clean. Just 1 km from the old town. Restaurant employees can neither English nor mathematics. But they are very nice and helpful. Pool is small but that's enough. Unfortunately only 8 sun loungers in the sun. That's very, very little!

The hotel is right next to a heritage park and its design makes you feel like you are back in the ancient time. The restaurant inside served some really good food for dinner (especially the steamed fish), but the breakfast quality was just okay. One area they should improve is the mattress and blanket, which has a weird smell and looks worn out.

I have not been here long - just a few hours, and the helpfulness of the staff has left me feeling very welcome indeed. This was the best value for the money that we've had anywhere in Thailand! Simple, very comfortable, warm feeling, clean quiet. Breakfast for 100 baht was very good. Located a 15 min walk from the bus station and several yummy restaurants also in walking distance. Receptionists we're very friendly and helpful. We took an excellent all day bike tour with Sukhothai bicycle tours.

Would rate 3.5 ... good rooms, good value for price, clean, easy to find and get around, but as with all Sukhothai hotels, not much to do but sleep...and you must go else where to eat

Although unusually firm, the bed was actually extremely comfortable. The position of the hotel was perfect for me.

“Friendly family restaurant” Not a lot of choice in New Sukhothai. At Pai restaurant, service is swift amd friendly. They cook to western tastes, so our childrens spaghetti was bland (but they loved it). Thai dishes are well seasoned. Probably the best choice in New Sukhothai, if you don't want to eat at the roadside stalls.

Beautiful and quiet guesthouse close to the main road. You will surely appreciate the swimming pool after cycling around the ruins in a very hot day! They also serve good food and you can get a massage in your bedroom. Very clean and nice staff. Great value for money (300 baht for a basic double room in low season).

Staff were great, when I needed a ride back from the park, it was there for us no charge. When I needed a table and chair to work at - they appeared in my room. Food is great and breakfast wonderful. Staff know what you need and go the extra to make sure your stay is okay.

Spent a weekend here during Loy Kratong. Room clean and tidy, staff very helpful. From what I could see, the hotel has limited parking. Only complaint would be the cold breakfast on the day we checked out.

There are bunnies at the hotel! The owner gave us advice on what temples in the old city to visit and a map with specific directions. The staff is very friendly and helped us move in and gave us free drinks when we first arrived. Their morning breakfast is great. If you go to their restaurant, get their spring rolls! The hotel is within walking distance from restaurants in town and about a 5-minute bike ride to the nearest historical site. As others have noted, bike usage is free, which is a big bonus. Very nice hotel and the manager is helpful. Aside from the manager, there is another staff that speaks English as well. Looks very beautiful, especially the room. Breakfast is only coffee and some snacks like toasted loaf bread and instant noodles. There is a cafe on the other side of the road and also a shop where you can rent a motorbike. The win bus station can is walking distance from here.

Ok location, close enough to old sukhothai to get there in 20 min walking. Rooms are nice, ours had no windows but it was fine. However the are no more free bikes to rent as stated in previous reviews. Also some things need maintenance, like some lightbulbs were out, and the sink doesn't plug well or drain well.

Feel they are similar ranked but this place is a good option and logistically works well. Very close to the historical part of Sukhothai. You can rent a bike with them for 80 baht and explore that way. Truly enjoyed my stay there!

The cottages were clean, the property is extremely peaceful and the host is super nice and available. You can rent bicycles (80BHT/day) to visit the old city that is 15 min away

We stayed here three weeks ago. ‘Resort’ is misleading. It is 6 lovely cottages surrounded by beautiful, lush canopy of vegetation…flowering plants, trees, bushes. We really enjoyed this amazing guesthouse, very beautiful, comfortable, nice and clean, in a natural environment, for a very decent price. The beakfast are good. We rented bikes on site to visit the old Sukhothaï temples which was very convenient, the center is less than 10 minutes away by bike and smooth (allow one full day to visit the whole area).
