This is great hotel for the value. Close to a couple riverside restaurants and river front walk. Clean and modern with good service. Only downside is the hot water takes a while to reach tge bathrooms depending on where you are in the hotel

The breakfast was good with various Thai items and fried eggs, bread, sausage, tea, coffee, cereals, etc. The Thai food was different everyday and not much of repetition. The western food was more or less the same items almost everyday. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is fairly new and well maintained. The staff was very supportive and helpful. Surprised by the hotel and the staff in a positive way. Room and hotel were one of the cleanest I've experienced in Thailand. Only three star hotel, but a better cleanliness than most four or five star hotels I visited in Thailand/ China and even some places in Germany. After weeks of beach bungalows it was lovely to have some class at a really good price. Perfect location by the big bridge for exploring underated Surat Thani. Massive rooms with small balcony's, indoor pool and Gym. No restaurant, but so much around you on the streets. Very professional service. We paid £20 which was what we paid for a grubby bungalow on the islands. About a 30 min ride to Surat Thani...

The room is worth it. At a price of less than 500 baht, the accommodation is very clean. There are all facilities. TV, refrigerator, private parking Very impressed

I stayed one night as I was passing through Surat Thani on my way to Koh Phangan. After a very long journey and also 6 weeks experience in Thailand, this was one of the most clean and quiet and modern locations I’ve stayed at and I also got a great deal for it. It's a very good place to stay. The owner is very hospitable.

10/10 One of the best places if stayed! Rooms are wide and clean. Separate bedroom and living room as well as free parking and coffee. I also heard that some people rent rooms monthly, which sound nice for the place you get. The area is nice and safe. Feels like a little village. I only wish there was a laundromat nearby. It's a shame I didn't take any pictures, they had a cute dog named 'Paragon...

Quite far out of town, small 7/11 near by. Big hospital.. The rooms are very clean, very spacious. If you're passing through and you want somewhere with parking and clean. Job done.

Easy check in. Lovely homemade food. However, remember I said homemade. This means it is made to thai liking. It was extremely hot. But extremely tasty! I braved the sweat and I ate it. We had a small lizard friend in our living room that we let stay for the night. As you do have 2 rooms and can close the adjoining door. Otherwise said lizard would have been vacated.

Nice place to go. The drawing on the wall of each room is also very cute. Those who are looking for trendy and up to date accommodation in Surat Thani, Paragon hometel is the answer. Plus some more, paragon hometel concept is actually hotel that inspired by home concept. Where it make you feel like being in your own house.

First time here at S. 22 hotel. Clean, modern and room service. We choose to venture out to the night markets and eat good Thai street food. Drunken noodles, vegetarian style is my go.

Spotless room, amazing minimalist/industrial decoration, quiet area. Staff might not be the smiliest you may find in Thailand but the service is efficient and the overall experience excellent. Located about 15 minutes walking time to the night market. Best hotel found in the city, so far.

This hotel was wonderful and the staff was very helpful. Very comfortable rooms, great bathrooms, convenient location, and the cafe downstairs had excellent espresso drinks and the staff was SO friendly and offered me some free desserts with my coffee. Only downsides being the satellite TV in my room received no signal so I was not able to watch TV and there was no free breakfast as advertised on Google

Wow. What a great place! Nice atmosphere in this cool modern-decorated small hotel. Staff is really nice and they have great coffee in their small coffee house. Room is very clean, spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped. Great location in downtown Surat Thani, 15 mins walking from the great night market. We had a great experience there, would definitely come back again if we'll be around.

Stayed here for 3x nights - located in the middle of town so very convenient to get around (night market/city shrine/park island are all very close). Has a really great modern appearance - I booked a standard room and am very happy with it. Comfortable and clean - bathroom is spacious (bonus is the modern 'cement' touches in the room). Bed is firm/supportive and pillows are soft. I was facing away...

The stuff was always friendly and realy helpful. They organized transport and motorbike without extra cost for us. Everything was new and nice decorated. The cafe offered the best Espresso I had in thailand so far. Lovely place with family atmosphere and beautiful clean rooms with comfortable beds! A good spot to break your trip to other places if your train comes in late or you need a bed somewhere clean and convenient. Not sure why there are so many stuffed teddy's...but there are. Decent hot water and a comfortable bed for a reasonable price point.

It’s the best budget hotel where located in center of Surathani city. The room is large especially the bathroom. Totally the hotel is similar with some 4 star hotel too. If you are looking for a hotel to stay in Surathani, I recommend you should stay here.

Stayed on Apt C, 3rd floor, 1 night. Good cleaning, no amenities, no hot water but hood pressure. Staff is OK. I do travel a bit and at Surathani, for the same price, you can get more for the value. Much space for improvement.

The hotel is pretty old and it's not so spectacular. But there are nice and friendly stuff and service. The main benefit is a seafood restaurant just at the front of the hotel entrance. You must test their oysters!

Pleasant hotel for the overnight stay. The best part is the restaurant across the parking. Such a gem with fresh oysters and all kinds of seafood!
