Paradise Hotel Udonthani

The room was amazing — big, clean, and overall really nice. But everything else? Straight-up trash.

There was no staff at reception, so you’ll be left waiting around just to check in. The pool was nasty — green, clearly not cleaned, and completely unusable.

The WiFi was terrible, couldn’t even watch YouTube in peace without it buffering every two minutes. And to make it worse, there was no breakfast, the water pressure was super low, and there was no hot water — like, come on.

The location was also sketchy — down some creepy alley with barely any streetlights. I could tell this used to be a good hotel, but those days are long gone.

Absolutely not worth 1300 baht per night. If it was 300–400 baht, maybe I’d let it slide, but for that price? There are way better options out there.

Please update your online photos, because what’s shown is clearly from years ago when the place was in its prime. Guests deserve to know what they’re actually booking — not be misled by outdated, polished photos.

I'm sorry to save but this would have to be one of the worst hotels The place is literally shut down With nothing in operation The pool is non-existent and apparently it's been closed since March and no work has been done on it at all and it doesn't look like that they're going to either the rest of the floors seem abandoned and no upkeep on the building at all It just seems like that they're getting ready to shut it all down and yet they're still selling accommodation

Booked this hotel as it said on the website that pool closed until 31st May..... I emailed the hotel to confirm booking but didn't hear anything back.. then I check into hotel and pool still closed.... And hotel out dated and the phone doesn't even work to call front desk.
No tea or coffee, no shampoo or conditioner or soap for that matter.

The two boys at the reception were rude. We had to check out at 6.00 am and we requested for a packed breakfast - at least bread and fruits. They denied in a rude way. I will never recommend this hotel and will never book these kind of money minded in customer friendly hotels … it was very evident that only we 3 were there in such a large hotel
