Not worth the price and I am surprised they consider this a 4 star hotel. the chairs next to swimming pool are dirty and broken, we wanted to take a bath in the morning and somebody was still putting chlorine in the swimming pool, so couldnt enjoy it. in addition, we requested a couple of towels to go to the swimming pool and they never gave it to us, claiming we have to use the same ones that we use for shower (i think there were 10 guests in the hotel, so not sure it was because they did not have). the room is too basic, nothing special to say about it. in general the hotel is pretty dirty. not sure mouradi is better but at least os cheaper....

Friendly staff, very average food quality with limited choices and dirty bathroom with hair and chewing gum on the floor.
At 7h some of the staff tried to enter the room without even knocking pretexting they wanted to fix the door ... horrible wake up expirence

Stayed here for a night, rooms basic and clean. Air con doesnt work so far too hot to sleep. The bar is not nice for non smokers having asthma and walking in there was disgusting just sat at the bar smoking. Food is nice.

Hotel at the Sahara desert border, just few meters away there is desert. So localization is perfect. We were there for one night. The room was comfortable. The dinner was tasty. The pool was not so big, but we could use it after sunset, there were ligths on so we could use it even all night long.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful, the pool was nice, the bar was great and the rooms were clean. The hotel helped us organize a camel ride for the sunset which was great! It was strange not many people were staying here, I think it is off season in the heat of the summer. We were staying during Eid which was unfortunate because not much was open in town. However, if we told the hotel in advance that we needed breakfast or dinner they would provide for us. Loved our stay and would 100% recommend.
