The air conditioner was off even when we asked, the room was really hot and we had to open the window at night when we were listening to the noisy music all night. The lobby and different areas of the hotel were really smelly and the elevator was off so we had to take the stairs with our luggage to leave the hotel.
I don’t recommend this hotel and I’m really surprised that they managed to keep it as a 5 stars hotel…
The swimming pool is beautiful, but unfortunately it was winter in Tunisia at that time and the outdoor swimming pool was not open for use, but you can still choose the indoor swimming pool and the gym is also good👍🏻
Service not good. You should go to reception because telephone they don’t answer.
Prices in restaurant buffet is even more expensive than Europe. The quality is very bad and cold food. Around hotel you don’t find any shop or restaurant.
But - a la card restaurant very delicious and good.
