During my visit to Tunisia, I stayed in this beautiful hotel. I’ll start from the reception. They were absolutely friendly and helpful specially Basma. Will designed in authentic way. And the spa was so nice specially the indoor warm pool. Will definitely stay here again in my next visit.

Great hotel and very open and comfortable. Room and beds very comfortable. The pool and beach are well serviced and clean. Service at the beach is a bit slow, but it was OK. Live music in the porch every day while you have a nice drink. Breakfast was very good. We found this hotel layout even better than the four seasons Tunis (main competition).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Residence Tunis. The hotel offered a clean space with a delightful jasmine fragrance and incredibly hospitable staff. We stayed in a sea view double room that was very clean and comfortable, with a large bathroom cleverly divided into functional spaces.
The facilities were excellent. The pool was large and impeccably clean, and the spa provided a very relaxing experience. Even in the middle of July, the hotel never felt crowded.
We ordered a cheeseburger to our room, which was delicious and of high quality. The location was convenient, with the Gammarth Center nearby where we could find a hypermarket and various shops for snacks and dinner.
The staff at The Residence Tunis were among the best we’ve encountered—very hospitable and humble. We felt the price we paid was fair for the quality and service we received.
One standout feature was the 24-hour beach access, allowing us to enjoy beautiful sunsets, and we also loved watching the sunrise from our room balcony. The only area for improvement would be the coffee, which was below standard for both Turkish coffee and espresso.
Overall, we highly recommend The Residence Tunis and would gladly stay there again.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights so far and overall I had good experience. I would definitely consider it if I'm in Tunis again.
Pros: 1) spacious room with beautiful Tunisian touch. I love the walk in dresser. 2) kind, professional and very responsive staff. They pay attention and follow up if you asked for something even when changing shifts 3) my favorite, the seawater indoor pool and spa! Great place to rest and relax.
Cons: not major issues but worth a note 1) marbles cover the entire hotel floor, which is luxurious, but it cause some noise when people are talking in the hallways, sometimes. 2) lack of power outlets in the room. There is only one available and its European style. You can't charge two devices at the same time unless you move the night table. 3) when the restaurant is busy during breakfast time its filled witj smoke. The place is not ventilated and they have stations to prepare eggs and local bread.
