A delightful place. During a car trip around Turkey during quarantine, we found an island of former luxury with a spa area, a swimming pool, massage, a full menu for every taste. And Afyon itself is definitely worth seeing from the top of the castle, a photo with a view of the hotel (peeking out from behind the left mountain).

We stayed at the DoubleTree for only one night. Unfortunately (or fortunately) during the pandemic, the spa area with thermal water is closed, I can’t say anything about that. Breakfast is not included in the price, and during the pandemic, we did not risk having breakfast at the hotel. The staff is very polite and attentive.

Hey!! I thought I was meant to get a cookie checking in to a Double Tree hotel, I didn't get a cookie!!
The hotel is pretty good, we stayed one night on our way driving to Izmir. We had a non smoking room to begin with, however it still had a smoke smell, the staff were quick to fix it, the location is good. The rooms are clean and tidy.
I thought the view was pretty nice too.

Stayed one night on our trip to Ankara. We loved it. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and good meals. Will come back again

DoubleTree by Hilton Afyonkaraisar is a great hotel, free valet parking, warm welcome! Good reception, very good in-door swimming pool with a slide, you need to have/ buy head-cover to swim. Spacious room with amazing views on the river, city & sunset! Delicious room-service food, try the Curry-Chicken with Mushroom, Chicken-Caesar Salad, Spaghetti & Cheese-Burger. Big bathroom with bathtub & also standing shower. Good complementary coffee/ tea & water in room with little fridge/ mini-bar. The majority of staff speaks English. Location is perfect for Road Trips from North to South of Turkey. Very recommended hotel to stay in.

Otel is very good but they didn't refund my one night fee. i paid one night even didn't stay at otel. Poor management, i will not come back again.

Room was not clean. Location & Breakfast was great. Shower door was broken and can’t close. Water flooded everywhere bc shower door not closed tightly. Front desk service was good but lack of knowledge and they can’t speak English. Hard to communicate.

Big and clean room. Very comfortable bed. Unfortunately the windows are very dirty from outside. So there is no clear view to the river. Even though I chose a non-smoking room, there was sometimes the smell of cigarettes through the ventilation system in the bathroom. Breakfast was amazing, pool big enough for swimming.

Nice and clean room.
The bar is not a place you wanna drink in but there’s a good bar just outside.
Some rooms have view of the channel and so mine.
I also appreciate the Staff attitude and respectful behavior
