This place was very high quality, it was a perfect place, I could go once, I think in the following years it was closed due to some court processes and I know its situation is not clear. I check occasionally, I'll make a reservation as soon as it opens.

As a tourist and as someone visited many international hotels i can say it's clean and the service is good but their food is so traditional Turkish food that did not impressed me at all , but for local Turkish people it's totally perfect to spend some times there

The food is decent, variety is great. The pools are a little bit far from each other so you get cold while switching pools, rooms are cleaned greatly. The only bad thing is the hotel is old.

This is not our first time in Afyonkarahisar but the firat time in Ikbal Thermal. It is our far best experience comparing to previous so called “ luxury” hotels in the area. From rooms to spa and restaurant, tea hour all service were 5 stars. Everyone was extremely respectfull and helpfull but special thanks to fourth floor service staff Lokman bey and Muradiye hanim for their excellent job.

One of the best hotels in Afyon. Almost everything is perfect except the bedroom which has weak airflow. If you open the window, the air conditioner won't work. Soundproofing of room is not up to 5 stars. However food, SPA and massage is really great.

the pool and the spa are so clean we really enjoyed it as a family. The karaoke was fire people were so energetic and down to have fun. don’t be afraid to join a show you’ll just have a lifetime experience. As an advice try to explore everything in this hotel there are a lot of activities

The hotel has multiple free entertainment and activities.The people at the desks were super nice and they were always helpful, the food is great as well. However the layout of the corridors leasing to the rooms can be difficult for older people such as my mum who had a difficult time getting through the long corridor. Other than that everything was great.

I really wanted to give this place full marks but it’s deceptive to sell the rooms stating the rooms have Airconditioning when the system doesn’t work - and judging from some reviews this is not a new issue. Hey!! I thought I was meant to get a cookie checking in to a Double Tree hotel, I didn't get a cookie!! The hotel is pretty good, we stayed one night on our way driving to Izmir. We had a non smoking room to begin with, however it still had a smoke smell, the staff were quick to fix it, the location is good. The rooms are clean and tidy. I thought the view was pretty nice too.

Room was not clean. Location & Breakfast was great. Shower door was broken and can’t close. Water flooded everywhere bc shower door not closed tightly. Front desk service was good but lack of knowledge and they can’t speak English. Hard to communicate.

Big and clean room. Very comfortable bed. Unfortunately the windows are very dirty from outside. So there is no clear view to the river. Good food, a bit cheaper than many of the other thamal pool hotels in the area, and a great place for families. Lots of pools, slides, and other spa treatments available. There's also a kids play room.

The best place we could found in the Afyonkarahisar. We wanted to stay in Afyonkarahisar city centre for one night and founded this place accidentally. The brrakfast is served fresh and the location of the hotel is superb and close from the town center and the Afyonkarahisar mall is only about 5 minutes walk.
