Nice hotel, but very noisey kids playing in the hallway from 9pm until 10.30pm, then from 9.30pm to 11.38pm, there was a removal firm working on the 8th floor nightmare night. We paid extra because we thought a bit of luxury, but we won't be going there again. Sorry, we have been in over 20 hotels this year, and this would be near the bottom.

The hotel is old and worn out, and the hygiene is not good. Food is OK. Thr staff is trying to give good service. They barely speak English. Not my first choice for the next trip to Afyon. Location is excellent

Avoid if possible.
This was really bad. We started off with a very dark reception area, and then to the elevator with a really heavy chemical smell- hold your breath - and the room smelled like there hadn't been a ventilation for a long time.
The bathroom: how can hotel staff with even a bit of passion for their work do this? Ugly lighting, stains and mould everywhere, a shower cabin which falls apart looking at it. And after a shower: if you're lucky, the floor is wet. If your'e unlucky, it's flooded.
Yes, the location is excellent and there was a young lady behind the reception who really knew her stuff, but that's about it. This hotel is terrible and whatever organisation gave this hotel four stars should be ashamed.

This hotel should not be a four star hotel. The rooms are smelly, like it's very humid. Bad ventilation. I have asthma and it wasn't fun staying there. AC was not working so you have this big blowy thing that makes the smell in the room even worse. Beds were very hard, but that is personal. Breakfast was bad. Very dry and not much choice if you don't wanna eat veggies in te morning. Location is good. Nice view of the hill out of our room. Very strong smell of parfum in the elevator. Shower was leaking so when you were done the whole bathroom was wet. Very out dated also. Not a 4 star hotel worthy.

Located in the centre of Afyon , very close to the streets of the old city of Afyon , which you must walk through .
Situated nearby are many shops & eateries. Hotel looks like an old building which has been revamped into a Hotel. The hotel is more a high 3-star than a 4-star.
Dinner / Breakfast is buffet style. Same options like most hotels.
Restaurant is on the top terrace floor , great views of city on terrace .

Due to construction work on the belended building we sleep all night. After compaining they did nothing, we left without breakfast althouw we had already payed. The manager did not respond to calls or email

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. The room was horribly warm and cramped and the air conditioning is extremely loud and doesn’t do anything. The toilet Is old and rusty and obviously hasn’t been cleaned and the door of the bathroom doesn’t even close! The up keeping of the hotel in general seems very sloppy since there was a random nasty mattress just left there infront of our room. The “Turkish bath” is mostly just sad. It appears to still be understood construction but also still open for anyone. The showers down there smell strongly like urine. The elevator seems like it hasn’t been cleaned since the hotel opened. The price for this is what makes it outrageous.

Very bad rooms and service the receptionist asked me for money besides the room charges so I gave her 100 TL and she kept in her pocket never I will stay in this hotel

Hotel is next to the old town. Staff is very nice. I was very disappointed by the conditions of the rooms. No air conditioning, they kept water cooler in the rooms. Which makes the room more humid. Worst unkept toilets I have even seen, due to old structure all water drains are clogged, which make a pool in the toilet. I would rate this hotel as two stars.
