Hotel opened in 1992, renovated in 2010. In this mini-hotel 306 rooms, 7 floors.

The hotel is outdated need urgent restoration. The pillow is disaster the bed is disaster could not rest and sleep. Never again for me. Also others arre all Bout 60+ cant stop speak no rest in spa.

Very professional and pleasant staff. Excellent breakfast but disappointed with the thermal pools. Small and with no natural light. Felt very claustrophobic especially when they got crowded.

Je recommande a tous cet hôtel thermal à afyon car c'est l'un des premiers . Le service est de qualité et irréprochable. Il y avait beaucoup de choix dans le centre bien être spa, les massages sont magnifiques et cela vaut le coup d'essayer.

The service at the Hotel Oruçoğlu Thermal &SPA was exceptional. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results. We were particulary impressed with how the hotel staff anticipated our needs (periodically coming and check with us). The quality of the food was excellent, the quality of the service was awesome overall a very good positive attitude. Particular noteworthy is the longevity of the staff and that sense of investment in the success of every event, entertainment. There is absolutely nothing that could be improved – you have set the bar very high.

This is our 3rd year when we come to your hotel with great pleasure, I hope to see you in every year.

I have been here many times however the Orucoglu clerks refused to honor my online booking that was a lower price when I showed up at the door tired and in need of rest. Needless to say, I will not come here again. The facilities itself are average at best for a 5* facility. The costs for the location is overrated given that I had spent 3 days in a Fethiye.
Note that the customer service was downright rude and initially offered a $600/TL night option, after showing my booking rate she quickly dropped it to 450 and then further to 350 which was still much higher than my actual rate. Shark tactics here... No thanks, not recommended.
