Swimming pool is perfect.. Breakfast is excellent.. Superior room has sona and jacuzzi but can't fit an extra bed, so if you have a kid he can sleep over the sofa chair which is small and not very comfortable.

A beautiful and cozy hotel with a charming view and dining tables by the river. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and food is delicious especially breakfast. There's a live music show daily except for Mondays. Only the internet connection is very poor and the rooms could be a little bit more clean.

The food is not delicious at all and very expensive. The place is nice but the pool is very close to the tables which is very noisy.

Alright I’m here to talk about the spa/hammam/massage experience only, everything was on point the massage was excellent the place small and easy to move around the rooms without much effort the hammam was really good honestly nothing to complain about cant even get nit-picky, also shout out to the massager Okad he’s too good at his job 💚(i hope his name is correct)

I stayed at Park Mandalin for the weekend, and it was lovely. Nicely sized bedrooms were very clean. Great menu with a variety of choices, delicious mezes, and a giant breakfast. The hotel's dock and garden was very nice and enjoyable. Personel was very friendly and made me feel at home. Will definitely go back.

Excellent customer service. The owner pays utmost attention to covid rules. Very hard to find such hotels these days. Open buffet breakfast is cancelled due to covid but he serves great varieties of food.

It is a wonderful boutique family hotel managed by extremely hospitable and friendly people. There are a guitar and org piano you can play if you are interested in music. So, you can feel as if you are in your own home. They serve very delicious breakfast that you can not find anywhere else. Their prices are also very reasonable.

Great experience. I was there 17-18-19 of SEP 21. I am used to travel a lot in big hotels for business, but this kind of place is a luxury for me: Super calm along the river (with no mosquitoes btw), nice food, super kind people around. Firstly the staff were amazing. The best service I have ever received! You feel part of a family there. The location was beautiful and peaceful. River views from the hotel. The short walk to the beach is about 20 minutes. The perfect place to relax. The food was exceptional. Every day we ate breakfast and our evening meal at the hotel restaurant next to the river and the food was 100% fresh and exciting...

There was a wooden ceiling/floor above our heads, so we could hear every single move our neighbours did, and we were not prepared on that.

Except this loud music , it was ok. But if you're looking for silence this is not the place for sure. Loud music starts early on even Sunday morning and it continues till 23:59. Unbelievable. Other then that dinner was goods and the fire they made is great way to to enjoy your drink.
