I stayed here for a short time this summer with my family and it is really a great hotel. The staff are always friendly and always ready to help. With its pools and activities, it is a paradise of entertainment especially for children. The food is always fresh and unlimited with delicious examples of Turkish cuisine. The sea is clear and the pools are always spotlessly clean. With countless lifeguards, your children are safe even if they want to use the pool alone. As a family, we enjoyed the facility and the quality of service very much and we would like visit again.

Went for a little three day holiday whilst staying in Akbuk. Room was spacious and well appointed .Slippers and toiletries provided .Fridge stocked with soft drinks. Food was plentiful and tasty. Lots of choice. The position is second to none with stunning views over the bay. Water Park for the children is brilliant and animation team are busy all day.If I am being picky the tables in the dining room have seen better days and could do with replacing but Would definitely recommend .

Just spent a week here and it was mostly a positive experience. However it was let down by lack of consistency. The first experience after check in of trying to contact reception about the AC not working, no phone number for reception, the login for the wifi asked for room number and name, didn't work turns out you just needed a password that they gave you on a separate piece of paper no big deal but again lack of consistency. The food was consistently boring and bland to me but I can see why it's like that to appeal to a wide variety of people. Just don't expect a wide variety of food and cuisine. In terms of table service for your drinks there was again a lack of consistency, some days a staff member would come to the table and ask if we would like drinks, other days we'd have to get them ourselves.
The housekeeping was hit and miss, they failed to clean the room once , other days they didn't replenish the toilet paper or empty the bins. The water park is great for little kids and older kids (and Adults). The water in the kids section is slightly heated but the main pool and splash pool next to it are freezing, much colder than the Med. The infinity pool is heated but full of salty water and apparently not for kids younger than 9. Kids younger than 9 need warm water to swim too, thankfully this wasn't really enforced but the salty water didn't agree with our kids skin anyway. On the positive side of things the staff are friendly and the evening entertainment was always great.

It was the best vacation I've had recently. Especially the reception, the welcoming and friendly staff, it all makes you feel completely at home. I had an enjoyable and safe vacation with my spouse and entire family. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the food was delicious, and the animation was entertaining. The warm behavior of all the staff and the service they provided made us feel like we were in a very sincere environment. Being in touch with nature and the sea was magnificent. I especially recommend it to all my friends who want to take a vacation.

Just spent 1 week at Long Beach and had a fantastic time. Firstly, the whole facility was clean and we had housekeeping come to turn over our room each day. It’s a lovely hotel and they even have water sports on the beach at the front of the hotel. The staff are amazing, they couldn’t do any more for you. The animation team are great, my 11 year old had great craic with them each day by the pool. The water park was a massive hit, such a variety of slides for all ages. Food in the snack bar was really good, would definitely recommend eating here for lunch or early dinner. There’s a great atmosphere by the pool and the entertainment in the evenings is definitely worth watching. Overall we had a fantastic holiday

we've spent 1W in Long Beach. Good service quality, fair standard of common spaces, all maintained in good condition, clean and tidy. room service working well, food exceptional, Hotel Crew very helpful and kind. even though hotel was fully booked during our stay there was no feeling of crowd/density. awesome evening entertainment sessions, tones of attractions in vicinity- jet skies, gliders, all kinds of floaters. approx 600m distant from the town by the sea-boulevard. camping-like atmosphere due to area arrangement. in August mostly polish/english/locals observed. highly recommended for stay with children. pool water very nice, neutral smell/perfect temp. well equipped shops on site.

Not a 5 start hotel...
Our family (2+2) stayed in the hotel for a week in August.
Before our arrival we have seen many terrifying reviews and comments about the sickness and issue with sewage.
During our week stay, no one got sick, but we stayed away from the see as we witnessed the sewage going away from the tanks nearby the infinity pool and pouring over into the direction of the beach, the smell was disgusting, and it was a lot of a dirty water all over the place. The fact is that it was quickly noticed by the stuff and they started to try and "fix this" and cleaning around. For the next few days, the smell was still noticeable, especially during the evenings...Quite concerning.
The food was good, large selection every day, not everything was delicious, but overall ok. The hotel in my opinion it overcrowded, you can especially feel it during the mealtimes, difficult to find a table, queues to get the food, but also the buffet space is quite small. The same you can notice at the main pool, you need to reserve the sunbed early in the morning, however many of them used only for a moment during the day.
Rooms are big enough (we stayed in the loft studio) however they are not very clean, housekeeping service only change the towels and take the garbage out. We were bitten by the bed bugs!! The AC seemed to malfunction during the "rush hours", and not very effective at the loft space.
The entertainment is a plus, the animation team is quite engaged and there is a lot going on both for the adults and kids. The aquapark is great, good fun for the kids.
SPA service was ok, although toilets and showers there are worth some service and better cleaning, same as most of the amenities at the hotel. We are not coming back…

Absolutely scandalous hotel! This hotel has been warned several time about offloading their waste water/sewage into the sea / beach at the nearest point to hotel in the past. And it has been recently discovered they have been doing it again. The bay used have beautiful , crystal clear sea with plenty fish a few years ago until this hotel started to do their business. After a lot of complaints and protest walk the council decided to fine them and they removed their secretly laid waste pipes with bulldozer. Let’s hope they will stay clear and so the sea.

We visited this hotel in May. Overall, our stay was quite okay, but there are a few things that definitely need improvement:
- The gym is only open from 7 AM to 7 PM. It would be better if it was accessible 24 hours a day.
- At the shows, there was popcorn available, but you had to pay for it.
- There was only one table tennis table, and it was quite old and worn out. Both the table and the paddles were in poor condition, with the paddles even missing the rubber layer.
- The billiard table was not working.
- The waitstaff were not attentive and didn't engage with the guests.
Overall, while our experience was decent, these areas could use some attention to improve guest satisfaction.

We had a wonderful time here. Love Turkey, stay out of the EU and stay authentic 😄 The people at Long Beach work incredibly hard, the service is amazing. Food is great, very friendly, amazing pools, very very clean everywhere. And amaaaazing shows by Diamond Entertainment! My respect for the hotel crew grew more and more each day. I had hurt my elbow and the staff was very caring and kind to me. These little things are just so important to make a guest feel more than welcome and we absolutely did! Amazing staff! Thank you for a wonderful holiday!
