I spent a week from October 9th to 16th with my partner and seeing these before reviews, I completely panicked. This is my first time at this hotel in Akbük, Didim. The hotel is nice, and the food is great, but what really made my holiday special was the staff. I especially want to commend the lady at reception who helped me swap my room without any issues. I went to the beach every day, and the facilities at the beach are excellent. We stayed 6 days at this hotel. Everything was perfect, a lot of food. Everybody can find what they want. Every evening, at 22pm is night show, every evening is diferent show. I liked it very much. Rooms are clean. The local tukish beer "efes" is very good :). We liked ir very much. If you want go by the sea , there is a bus, and the driver is very nice :)

I have been to many 5* star resorts over the past couple of years, and this is definitely not a 5* hotel. The room itself is quite lovely, although the hotel itself seems to not be maintained sufficiently which makes it look rather tired. Nice hotel for families with children. The pool is small for the capacity of the guests. Food well what can i say needs improvement especially the meat and chicken dishes. Been seen done won't be back.

Quite nice hotel - really good food , swimming pool close to the sea and very nice service ( especially one waiter - Dogan ) , many activities like water polo , volleyball, mini football and many others to come. I recommend it to everyone

The best holiday for the family. My husband and our son (3.5 yrs) enjoyed the mini aquapark. I mostly relaxed on the beach or by the pool. There were great service and food. Absolutely recommendation.

My family and I stayed here recently and had a amazing holiday .The hotel is stunning and very clean. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The food was delicious.So delicious. We love the beach so much where is my children enjoy. Everyday day have a different entertainment.We want to visit again.

Guest relationship office and Mrs. Hacer was so helpful. Nice natural paysage trees flowers you are waking up with bird songs in mornings. Enjoy your holiday in this hotel which is located in Agean region of Turkey one the best heaven corners of the world.

Our experience was good we came for a few days in May. The animation team was very good and took care of my cousins well but they also made sure the adults had fun too. Food could be improved. Also the beach is a bit small.

The rooms are well equipped and a decent size. They are clean and housekeeping have been great. There is a small pool with 3 good water slides and a main pool near to a snack bar. The food is nice but as per all all inclusive resorts it gets repetitive both in terms of the food and the restraunt.

Wonderfully place, like organization we can ask more but for the food and the stuff I haven't comment except only great..always with smile and very professional..specialy in the spa center where I was enjoying very much. Went for a little three day holiday whilst staying in Akbuk. Room was spacious and well appointed .Slippers and toiletries provided .Fridge stocked with soft drinks. Food was plentiful and tasty. Just spent a week here and it was mostly a positive experience. However it was let down by lack of consistency. The first experience after check in of trying to contact reception about the AC not working, no phone number for reception, the login for the wifi asked for room number and name, didn't work turns out you just needed a password that they gave you on a separate piece of paper no big deal but...

Resort was amazing, service was top notch as they were very attentive to us. Busra made sure everything was perfect. Beachs were very clean and with clear water that we could see the fish underneath. The spa was very good and Suri did an excellent job with the massage. Only downside was the road leading up to the resort was very bad and rough and takes about 50 min from airport.

One of the most spacious hotels to stay in Didim region. Kenan Bey and Melek Hanım were very interested. Rooms are clean and spacious, food was delicious. No need to look anywhere else next summer.

A business that welcomes its customers in Akbuk with its clean and delicious food. Perfect for family of 2-3 people. Just know that there are plenty of mosquitoes in that area. The hotel has measures, but it may not be enough, you still go with caution.

Ratio price/service out of the high season is ok. The staff speaks English and is gentle. BUT: one of the weakest kahvaltı I ever had along the Egean coast. Quality of food is poor even the service is good. And PLEASE: remove this disgusting carpet in the room, it looks dirty and it is very dirty! Investment through refurbishment is sometimes mandatory!

This is our favourite place to stay in Turkey. This is a small boutique hotel that is no frills but just home from home. We have stayed here 5 times now and everything is always exactly the same. This small hotel is really nice once you get inside. From the street, it's impossible to judge. Reception is manned 24h. Parking on the street is straight forward. The pool is very clean with no debris in the water. Depths are 165 cm and 70 cm. Wifi is free and fast. Breakfast plate comprises bread, tomato, cucumber, and a variety of olives and cheeses. I recommend Akbük to those who do not like the crowds of Didim. I also liked the Han apart hotel, which I entered by chance. 80-100 m2, immaculate apartments with large balconies. The price-quality balance is very harmonious. The owner, Erhan Bey, is a friendly, helpful, nice person. I wish him success. I will come again and if I see the same performance this time I will give five stars.

We stayed at the end of September, and I was biased because I read the comments, but I can say that we felt comfortable like our own home. Room was clean but in 7 days we had it cleaned for once. I asked for garbage take out and didn't get it. I see that they are too busy but they must manage it. We stayed with my wife, we chose a spacious room with a sea view and we were very satisfied. Breakfast is served in the form of a plate accompanied by a waterfall, we had a peaceful holiday. I can say that we enjoyed our retirement 😊

We stayed for 2 days with my wife. The rooms are very clean and the design is very nice. The tea garden is beautiful. Good to have friendly staff. It was nice at breakfast. But what I liked the most was their bar by the pool, cocktails, alcohol, anything you want is available and a legendary band plays live music in the evening, if we come again, our place is clear, we recommend it.

Accomodation comfortable. Food variety limited and often not warm let alone hot. Arrived 10.30 pm and asked about food as we hadbeen traveling all day to be told breakfast was 07.00am. Given wrong wrist bands so weht tobar and was asked for accomodation no to charge the drinks as we had self catering bands but should have had allinclusive.

The great place for summer/sunny holidays with family. Very small entertainment around this area, but you wouldn't need one as all what you need is on site: Basketball/volleyball/Tennis/ Table tennis/darts/Bocce.
