I had a great experience at Hikmet's house, the room was super clean and tidy, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was a buffet, it was delicious, fresh and with a lot of options. If you're going to Cappadocia it's a great option if you prefer a calm slow going vibe, it's close to all the attractions, but has less touristy vibes than goreme.

Staying at Hikmet's House was definitely one of the many highlight of our stay in Cappadocia !
To start with, the staff was absolutely amazing, super kind and always ready to make our stay the best.
To top it up, the rooms are super clean and the hotel offers plenty of cozy corners to sit and enjoy. The breakfast is delicious and you always get fresh and yummy foods !
Big big shout out to Mrs. Hilal's golzeme at breakfast!
I highly recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy a less touristy place and still access the best of Anatolia :)

To begin with It was extremely clean and well-organized. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. In addition this was my second visit in 5 years, and I was not disappointed. Thank you guys, and please keep it up. Furthermore the breakfast far exceeded my expectations therefore

Highly recommend! Nice room and service. Really friendly and helpful hotel staff, they managed to find two possible balloon tickets for me and helped me rent a car after I arrived, and nice ATV tour, we were just 4 people for the sunset tour. Really enjoyed the time with them :)

Friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. If ever I had to visit Avanos again, I would definitely return to Hikmet's house. Faultless!

Hikmet's House was recommended to us by the University of Aksaray. It is very clean, friendly and helpful services here, especially at the reception, Miss Özge. She is the best lady in house for everything and also very good in solving your IT problems. In addition, the location is fantastic. It faces the beautiful mountains , the Red River and it is walking distance to the town Avanos. We strongly recommend everyone to stay here and it is worth your money . We wish the Staffs and Hikmet's House all the very best in life. The owner is also a very nice gentleman .

It was a nice place at which you can have an authentic meal. The staff was friendly and the scenery of Avanos was unique. Would highly recommend this place.

Super nice, clean and well decorated rooms with classical Ottoman style. Owners and employees were very kind. They also serve a nice breakfast in their pretty garden. Highly recommended.
