the mattress is not good and concave. the shower button is hard so it is difficult to change the shower water. I have informed the hotel but they still did not come and only came the next day. on the last day the hot water was not on

Amazing location riverside! The amenities and facilities very good. Meals (breakfast and dinner) were basic. But they are catering to a lot of people from various countries so I understand that not everyone can be happy. The rooms were not clean. I understand mold can grow due to humidity, but the surfaces were dirty, the floor was not clean when we entered the room and for the 3 nights we stayed...

Great hotel for it's price with an amazing food, set up on a swedish table (buffet) so people could eat what they want & how much they want. Spa was also cool, nothing spectacular tbh, but the staff were kind and helpful.

Spent 2 days at the hotel. overall the service was good, but if you wanna use wifi there's extra cost €4. Free wifi can only be used to open Whatsapp. ridiculous policy.

We stayed there 2 nights, the hotel is not well located, you won’t have anything to do in the nearby. On the other hand, the facilities are very old fashion, the room has not enough plugs and the wifi signal is poor. The hotel lacks of plenty stuff to be 5 stars, maybe 3 I guess… the staff was very friendly.

Hotel was ok. The food at the buffet left us both feeling bloated, despite eating similar types and substitutes to other buffets in Turkey. The shower in the room was pretty rubbish. Bed was big and comfy, and it was over the road from a reasonably priced convenience store.

i love to stay at hilton. The food! finally i can eat the food. I ate indomie 4 days in a row because i couldn’t swallow the foods from the previous hotels and restaurants and finally.. i could eat some food here.. so grateful for the food.. however due to the central AC, our room feels like we were at a sauna, it is impossible to turn the AC for cool air. so we just opened the window so we can sleep...

Great location and very friendly staff. The breakfast and dinner buffet is excellent. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because the a/c system didn’t work well during our stay despite multiple reports and attempts from the staff to make it work.

A wonderful hotel in the beautiful city of Avanos. The location is distinguished by its proximity to tourist sites. The services are great. We thank the kind and respectful staff. I recommend visiting it, as many services are available Gym, Turkish bath, sauna, indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi, etc. The hotel organizes tourist trips to important landmarks in Cappadocia. I stayed at this hotel last week. It is really nice and they offer many tours. It is located a little outside the main cave tourist area which was nice for us. It is closer to the dinner and dance show. This show was really fun and entertaining. The pool was nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
