Amazing location riverside! The amenities and facilities very good. Meals (breakfast and dinner) were basic. But they are catering to a lot of people from various countries so I understand that not everyone can be happy. The rooms were not clean. I understand mold can grow due to humidity, but the surfaces were dirty, the floor was not clean when we entered the room and for the 3 nights we stayed...

Great hotel for it's price with an amazing food, set up on a swedish table (buffet) so people could eat what they want & how much they want. Spa was also cool, nothing spectacular tbh, but the staff were kind and helpful.

Spent 2 days at the hotel. overall the service was good, but if you wanna use wifi there's extra cost €4. Free wifi can only be used to open Whatsapp. ridiculous policy.

Clean and comfortable rooms, nice food, fast free internet, easy access to local tours. Good location next to Kizilirmak. Don’t forget to enjoy the pool.

We stayed there 2 nights, the hotel is not well located, you won’t have anything to do in the nearby. On the other hand, the facilities are very old fashion, the room has not enough plugs and the wifi signal is poor. The hotel lacks of plenty stuff to be 5 stars, maybe 3 I guess… the staff was very friendly.

Hotel was ok. The food at the buffet left us both feeling bloated, despite eating similar types and substitutes to other buffets in Turkey. The shower in the room was pretty rubbish. Bed was big and comfy, and it was over the road from a reasonably priced convenience store.

Great hotel, very clean, nice and polity staff, delicious food. I would love to return to this hotel, all the best recommendations!

Hotel is nice and clean. Rooms are good size. Breakfast is great and restaurant serves good food. Staff and especially front desk is very helpful and courteous.

He had an amazing stay with the family. The rooms were very spacious and beautiful and the view from the room is also pretty amazing. The only downside I saw was the breakfast was not that amazing and the location is a bit far away from the main Market that is, Goreme, otherwise overall stay was value for money

Spacious rooms and a very quiet location. Service is very good despite the fact that some of the non-public-facing staff have limited English skills. All have been accommodating and professional. We are impressed with the genuineness and kindness of the Turkish people we have encountered.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! Ridwan was our waiter for dinner and he was wonderful! The dinner buffet wasn’t bad and had a good variety. The rooms were unique and comfortable and clean. Great value overall!

Absolutely stunning hotel, only a short stay so haven't been able to use all facilities. Food absolutely excellent, service has been faultless, only thing I can knock a star off for is location because the hotel is on the outskirts of the local town and there aren't many things within close walking distance. Other than that, perfect.
