the mattress is not good and concave. the shower button is hard so it is difficult to change the shower water. I have informed the hotel but they still did not come and only came the next day. on the last day the hot water was not on

We stayed there 2 nights, the hotel is not well located, you won’t have anything to do in the nearby. On the other hand, the facilities are very old fashion, the room has not enough plugs and the wifi signal is poor. The hotel lacks of plenty stuff to be 5 stars, maybe 3 I guess… the staff was very friendly.

Hotel was ok. The food at the buffet left us both feeling bloated, despite eating similar types and substitutes to other buffets in Turkey. The shower in the room was pretty rubbish. Bed was big and comfy, and it was over the road from a reasonably priced convenience store.

Great location and very friendly staff. The breakfast and dinner buffet is excellent. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because the a/c system didn’t work well during our stay despite multiple reports and attempts from the staff to make it work.

Our stay at this hotel in Cappadocia was great overall. The location offers excellent views of the landscape and hot air balloons in the air! They also have a spa offering hot sauna and Turkish bath experience in house. Food here can be a challenge - we ate breakfast and dinner buffet, but found the vegetarian options were limited. Rooms were clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The buffet was fine for breakfast and dinner: decent food, but nothing amazing. Pillows on the beds weren't the best, and the elevators are very tiny, but there are only 5 floors in the building, so at least you don't have to wait long if they are full - and the stairs are convenient too if you want to take those instead.

Good is that it has small warm swimming pool. Duty manager is very helping. Good trained staff of spa. But Food is average. You have to carry all your language to room if with family you konw. Washrooms are average and small.

Our room was not cleaned. May be they lack of staff during Eid holiday. But that is not an excuse for 5 star hotel.

We stayed at the Ramada hotel for two nights. It was a very good experience. The room was comfortable and clean. The friendly front desk staff, especially Mr. Emre, the manager of the restaurant, provided very good service. The meals were rich and delicious. Highly recommended to stay at this hotel.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful and one of the most beautiful places I have stayed, the staff were amazing, breakfast was delicious (especially the fresh egg menu ordering) and I could not fault the stay here. The architecture of the entire group of buildings is very nice and integrated. The breakfast was good and with many choices. All staff are very supportive and friendly, trving to make things happen to make you comfortable. Room was spacious, carved in the stone as this is zone' specific. You can easily reach the city center (10 minutes walking) and you can find many good restaurants around.

We had great experience staying here. Rooms are fantastic. Service is above and beyond. Daniel was extremely helpful during check in, helping with luggage and guiding us. This is in much more quieter part of Urgup but just 5 min walk to the main town street. Views are absolutely amazing. Best part was availability of elevator and easy access to rooms for people with limited mobility.

Staying at this hotel was absolutely great; the rooms are big, fancy and really comfortable. The food is good enough; the hotel is located close to a lot of restaurants, local shops and is like 15 minutes to giren which is the most touristic place in the area. Perissia hotel is the best in Cappadocia! It is located near to National park. Prices are excellent, I have stayed with my friend for a weekend and honestly I am so happy we found this place.
