Clean rooms,beautiful atmosphere,friendly staff.If you want to go Cappadocia do not hesitate to make reservation for this hotel to stay.I have been Cappadocia several times and this time was the best!Thanks to Mrs Fulden and her husband for their hospitality!If you want to visit world’s only cave patisserie,here is the location.Don’t forget to try delicious cakes 🍰

Excellent hotel. Clean. Beautiful rooms. Great hospitality of the owners. Absolutely great coffee house with amazing deserts. The best coffee in the city. Parking 1 minute walk from the hotel but you can easily offload your luggage in front of the hotel. Rooftop terrace with amazing view. Great shops next to the hotel. Wine house next door. Hotel situated at the river side with superb promenade. Avanos is clean well organized small city. Recommend place to stay for holidays or work from home. In the morning you can see balloons flying from the river side. If you like you can go to nearby McDonalds or Starbucks that are very close but the number of places to eat/drink in surrounding area is amazing.

Very atmospheric place handled by a very nice couple able to prepare the shakes, iced drinks and desserts you might enjoy at your taste.
The terrace is simply our favourite in Avanos. Bird watchers will love domestic and wild geese island! (Check attached pictures)
During cold season or extra windy hours, the cave downstairs is very lovely too. Smooth music and yellow ocre ambiance will help you to get some relief from tough Cappadocian winter activities.

Amaizing coffee shop with wonderful couple to serve you Cappadocia best coffee types and cakes. Many thanks for your very warm welcome, it will never be forgotten. We will try to come back inshallah to see your smiles again and taste your wonderful coffees and cakes 👌👌👍👍. We came every day of our holidays thanks to you guys. We would give 10 stars or more if we could.

This is the best cafe in Avanos! It is privately owned, has wonderful, welcoming, English speaking service, and has incredible smoothies. I know a lot of expats that prefer it over the new Starbucks, which is pretty great in its own right. The view of the river is incredible, and I've never had a smoothie so good as the one I had here. Please give this place a try before you default to a chain like Starbucks or McDonalds.
