Messy hotel, room ok but many things broken. Had problem with noisy hotel guests partying. Owner didn't care and didn't do anything to try and fix problem. He was rude.

It’s a 10/10. Restaurants and things to do are all close by. Looks more beautiful than the pictures itself. Very clean with great service. The owners made it feel like it was home. Such an amazing people with a beautiful heart. Not only did they provided us a place to stay but also gave us tours around the city and cooked for us. The couple are very nice people. If you are looking for aesthetic and nice people this is for you

Mozaik Hotel is a great place to stay on your trip to Cappadocia. It is the the combination of both authentic Cappadocia architecture and a confortable stay. The rooms are very clean and the owner Violette is very welcoming! I definitely recommend staying here.

There were seven of us and at the last moment we needed a place to stay. I called the hotel and thought I wasn't clear about our needs and the price. The owner actually came to the gas station where we were calling from and showed us to the hotel and made us feel at home. He and his family provided a nice place for us. Thank you! very hospitable family owned hotel, very close to center of town, quiet and peaceful and in the morning a great view of the balloons launching into the sky.
