The hygiene of the rooms were quite poor, breakfast was the only meal that has okay meals but most of the meat products are from chicken which is not very ideal for a 5 star hotel. Dinner gave me and all of my friends nausea so we never ate dinner at hotel again. Location of the hotel is good.

The worst hotel I have ever been too. The room had a broken ac, safe, and shower. We could not sleep in the extreme heat but it took them two hours to send an electrician who was not able to fix the ac. The hair dryer was also malfunctioning and unusable. When we requested for a different room, they told us that they would help us in the morning, forcing us to spend the night with a broken ac. We were told that this hotel had free WiFi but we were disappointed to find out that it was extremely slow. Not only that, but the Starbucks in the hotel, barely had any drink option and the hot coffees were served quite cold. Finally, the food was inedible and seemed like it was days old. The service was okay but the employees were unable to speak English so communication was hard especially when we faced multiple problems with our room. The only good thing about this hotel was the Starbucks WiFi.

Avoid that place as maximum as it is possible. It was the worst hotel out of five hotels in Turkiye.
A met a cockroach 🪳 in the restaurant. It was after the meal, so it didn't disappoint us hard, there was a woman who just entered and saw it.
Very old hotel. Cheap amenities, old carpet, curtains and furniture. Very rude receptionist, especially the guy with long hair and skeleton ring. When I asked for the better room, he wanted extra 50€! for the same old room with more space and extra bed and an armchair. It is absurd. There's a lake/river with awful smell nearby.
We were with a group and organised tour, so it was not possible to change the hotel.
I would say it is absolutely not 5 star hotel. Maybe 3 or even 2.

Amazing location riverside! The amenities and facilities very good. Meals (breakfast and dinner) were basic. But they are catering to a lot of people from various countries so I understand that not everyone can be happy.
The rooms were not clean. I understand mold can grow due to humidity, but the surfaces were dirty, the floor was not clean when we entered the room and for the 3 nights we stayed (it was arranged by a travel agency). Also our 3rd bed was squeaky and the headboard not attached, it kept falling.
The lounge and bar very nice.
It was raining so we were unable to use the pool.
And location wise is in the perfect area, overlooking Avanos. I would visit again.

my husband and I spent 2 days in the month of February.
the location was very good.
it was next to the kızılırmak river.
there were also lots of cafes and places to go for a walk.
the hotel is neat and clean.
the lobby staff was not friendly it seemed like they hated the job.
but the cleaning lady was very nice and friendly, as were the kitchen employees.
The indoor pool is not very large but very clean.
the rooms were not spacious and the lighting was very little.
There was a sewage smell coming from the toilet and bathroom all the time, so we had to make sure that the door was always closed.
we only had breakfast included during our accommodation, and it wasn't much.

Great hotel for it's price with an amazing food, set up on a swedish table (buffet) so people could eat what they want & how much they want. Spa was also cool, nothing spectacular tbh, but the staff were kind and helpful.

Excellent location, quality service, very good hotel experience. A hotel by the river. The garden and its view are wonderful. It is possible to see the balloon flight in the morning. clean rooms, breakfast and food are good

Spent 2 days at the hotel. overall the service was good, but if you wanna use wifi there's extra cost €4. Free wifi can only be used to open Whatsapp. ridiculous policy.

We were booked into this hotel on a group tour. When we checked in the shower rack was broken, the luggage shelf was tilted and the bed was sunken! We went there in Oct and they say it is winter month and didnt turn on the aircon nor did they provide any airflow into the room. Asking us to open the window when there is no netting nor grille is not an acceptable option. Overall the room is dark, badly maintain and cleanliness is an issue. The only saving grace was the manager listened to our complaints and got some of us a change of room, which is in their newer wing. It is at least neater and came with aircon.. but hahaa, the shower head works like a fountain.. enough said.
