It is more orientated to Turkish tourists. The food was kind of monotonus but it was good. If there was some grilled meat I would have been even happier

Just one thing I can say we weren’t happy that food is not warm all the time. Especially barbecue and some of the food. Another thing is the building is quite old and need some update

Hotel staff are hard workers and very polite. But I saw at the bar that they only clean slapdash the glasses. Probably because they work short staffed

We spent 2 days here with our 5 years old daughter. Sea is cold but the pools are really nice both for adults and also for the children. Accept alcohol, all the extras are reasonably priced

Parking wise, it is for free on the street at the front of the hotel just need to find a spot (it was not problem to find one). The hotel also offers 24 Hour reception

We had a great experience staying in billurcu hotel. Great staff, great service and clean rooms. Recommend anyone who wants to stay here

The only thing that I took as a small minus was the warm water at bathroom, as during morning and evening when people were taking showers the water stopped running for few seconds or was flickering

The hotel is very family oriented but it is also good for just adults. For kids they have children playground and kids pools with water slides. The pool for adults is cleaned with a robot everyday, which is great

The multiple pools, including a special one for babies, kept our little ones entertained for hours

We stayed 3 nights and had a pleasant holiday, all exclusive. They have a mid size pool and blue flagged sea. It was average overall, food was satisfactory. However, staff was overwhelmed by the crowd and was very busy

Friendly staff, tasty food and clean decent place to stay in this area. Lovely comedy crew entertain during the day and night. Comedy crew perform games for kids and comedy plays/shows for everyone afterwards

I recommend the hotel, but if you want some peace and quiet, first check with the reception if the children went home
