Stayed here for a week, clean, tidy hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful, I highly recommend staying here. The view from our room looked over the swimming pool and local bay a little bit of paradise. I rate it five star hotel !

Friendly and helpful stuff. Very clean. Internet access needs extra work but usable. Very close to Cunda center. You can take a walk if you like walking and don't want to get into tourist traffic.

Brilliant hotel, great location, decor and facilities with a fabulous layout especially around the pool area. Two storey hotel, beautifully furnished and great attention to detail. We had a great stay so thanks very much. If I lived in Turkey I’d visit a lot.

Although the hotel was clean, for the paid price CAD350/night, I’d expected more attention to detail. For example, sheets were so clean, on the contrary bathroom was with full of mold, back part of faucet was moldy again. Also, it says “beach hotel” in the hotel explanation, but it is not on the beach, you need to take the shuttle.

The hotel Mola Cunda is one of the best in Cunda island. The quality of 4 star hotel in room style, furniture, food and beach facilities and the staff are very nice and helpful. We booked a family room through hotels to stay in the hotel located in the center of Ayvalık. On the Hotels website, there are 2-3 room images under the name of family room. There is a green room, and we were a little shocked when we saw the room given to us because we had made a reservation by seeing that image, because the windows of the room were tiny and therefore the room was dark. We stayed in both hotels of the courtyard mansion, both in the center of Ayvalık and in Küçükköy. The service, the standards are very good, the place is very nice and the people are friendly. The hotel in the center is close to everywhere, and Küçükköy is a quiet and beautiful place for honeymoon (authentic).

It was a very enjoyable holiday for us. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was a bit poor, other than that everything was very good. Küçükköy neighborhood is a little outside of Ayvalık. You may have trouble with car-free transportation.

I have been going to this hotel for 4 years and I like it very much, it is one of the best places to go in the area. I was expecting a good hotel room, what I received was a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment, the main room was large and comfortable, the balcony had a partial view of the hill behind the property. The main bedroom was large with a full/queen bed, and a large wardrobe. The spare bedroom was smaller and had two twin beds.

The location of the hotel is on the beach with nice sunbeds which have their own sunbed canopy. Having the green environment in the trees also adds a separate beauty but I was not satisfied with the cleanliness, they went to the room for 4 nights and once they told the room they are normally doing the day excess, the attendant had just gone put soap napkins. We stayed 2 nights and we loved our experience. We truly hope to go during summer season too. Rooms are so nice and location is just center of the island. The building is a historical stone one, it was a pleasure to stay. Also stuff is so kind and helpful. They serve a nice breakfast too.

I have stayed in Fragrante hotels for a couple of days and it has been an amazing experience. It is such a lovely place, extremely well decorated and every single detail is taken care of. Mrs Nimet and Melek are amazing hosts, extremely kind and cheerful, they have made the experience amazing. Definitely coming back to Cunda for this place :)

We rented the whole hotel for a large group, and it was a cozy space with a nice view of the sea from the top floor. The host was very helpful and kind.

Thank you for the hospitality of Mrs. Nimet, since we arrived late at night, then for humanity all 1000 points. Very cozy and atmospheric, but I put only 3 as there is a lot to grow.....everyone has their own preferences and quibbles, so I do not want to specify them....sting in connection with covid-19 everything is closed...The wooden headboard with sharp stones is better to remove and lubricate...

A hotel with the best location in Ayvalik. I am happy that I was the first Mongolian to visit this city and this hotel. Halil, the owner of the hotel, is friendly and has good service. There are more than 30 fruit trees around the hotel. It is interesting to see that every morning, the guests who stay at the lodge take the ripe fruit from the tree and eat it. Uncle Halil is a very gentleman who received a state education. Those who do not sit and chat with him lose a lot culturally.. His hostel is a decent address with a very clean view and parking lot.. Do not think of staying in Ayvalık, one of the rare places to stay here, because parking is a serious problem.. Ayvalık 7-8 minutes walking to the center.. Also, Uncle Halil's garden is very beautiful.

The owner was kind with us.I recommend for everyone who wants a nice place where you can rest for some days.We didnt have table but we put our things on the hang.The landscape is beautiful which compesates the lacks of furniture in the room

We had the most lovely stay at Çamlaraltı Pansiyon. Halil the owner was so kind. He gave us a room that we hadn't booked with a beautiful view because he wanted us to have the best stay possible. He was also kind enough to give us breakfast one day and show us around his garden. The location is peaceful and getting to and from the main town is easy. Thank you!

We had the pleasure of staying at Kapya Cunda for 3 nights. The hotel is in a great location as very close to restaurants and sea. The service was great with an amazing breakfast that including all homemade jams (try their lemon and carrot jam) and pastries. The entire staff was friendly (thank you to the 2 Fatmas ) and couldn’t do enough for you! We felt like we were staying with close family...

My cousin and I visited the Kapya Cunda for a long weekend and we both think it was the best choice we could have ever made. Great location, great service, great smiling personnel, great breakfast, very clean and serviced hotel rooms. It is an adult hotel, that is why it was very quiet and relaxing. We simply expected more for that price. The room is okay and clean but should’ve been cheaper comparing to other accommodations we stayed in. The bathroom has a really bad smell. The beach being near is a big advantage.

Beautiful, nice hotel with just steps away from private beach! Staff was extremely nice and helpful even helped us with luggage and parking. Pool is big and clean with plenty of space and lounges.The hotel also offers great choices of freshly made breakfast and dinner, we enjoyed eating in the garden. The people who are interested are very friendly and good people, but the rooms are a bit distressed. The room was so small that the bed completely covered it. The bathroom is shared. We stayed at 280 TL, which is slightly below expectations for this price.

Nice clean place with a wonderful garden from where you can see the sea. Had a nice clean appartement with a small kitchen. Parking space available across the road. You can walk easily to the city centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Definetly recommended.

I went here with my wife for a 2nd honeymoon of ours and everything exceeded my expectations. The owner is professional and welcoming and most important, there were never any surprises. Hotel Ayvalik Palas is easily accessible, with good organized parking service. Personnel is kind, breakfast buffet good, served also at a terrace. Fair price. But hotel needs some more care and restoration.

Incredibly sweet environment. Owners are also very friendly people. The landscape, the pool, the spaciousness and comfort of the rooms are quite good. Hotel owners are friendly, good people. Payment in cash or money order (We will pay cash anyway, so it was not a problem). The pool opens at 11 and closes at 19, it can start earlier. The room we stayed in was 3 single, 1 double bed, 2 rooms. We used it extensively. There were towels for everyone. The shower was a bit worn, but we didn't have any hot water issues. The breakfast was plentiful and good...

No moscitos net protection on the windows...I had a very bad night dye to moscitos and when i closed the windows and turned on the A/C realised that it was just a single cover... occupied by my daughter.I covered myself with a towel...

High quality rooms especially the executive suite. But not the best space to go swimming. Breakfast is awesome. For lunch or dinner I would recommend alternatives. Be aware of the busy traffic during summer time in that area at all.

A charming hostel in a central location, with history all around. I can say that the cleaning was good, the breakfast was varied. Since the rooms are old mansions, they are very soundproof, it would be useful for those who have sound sensitivity to sleep. The owner lady and gentleman are very kind. It can be preferred for a short holiday.

We were here for the tea and checked out the decors in this cute cafe. Lovely decors and friendly staff. Great place for tea/coffee time and relax. Definitely will come back to stay here in the future!
