Outstanding comfort and nice service. Quiet. Unexpectedly large breakfast buffet. We can here on a long drive thinking it was just "any palace to stay", but it is so nice, this is a place to come back. I hope they make more of this hotel in Turkiye.

I can not say enough about this fine hotel. From the moment of arrival, everything was perfect. Spotless room, great climate control, fantastic water temp and pressure in the shower and very attentive staff. If I am ever in the vicinity again, I will chose this hotel.

Sometimes rooms become super hot due to air conditioner down times, breakfast is rich, personel is lovely, rooms are well equiped with electronic panels to adjust brightness, temperature, etc.

We came for our our son triatlon championship and stayed 2 nights. Service food rooms were excellent 2 thumbs up guys for sure we ll stay there again.

This amazing hotel is where we had our wedding. They totally treated us like queen and king. Our wedding went totally without any problem. Everyone had fun and was happy with menu and food. I suggest this place to everyone.

Special thermal hot waters for health treatment. Rooms set ice and food is sufficient. Main thing is the natural health benefits of thermal waters

Very nice quit place has good thermal pool inside and outside connected to each other where you can swim in 6 c temp and the pool is 28 c... Half board and tea service.. spa is nice. Women have private thermal.. good value

we stay here when we are in Balikesir for business trip. Price that they apply for companies is reasonable. There is shopping center next to Onhann and you cam reach easly by elevator.

The rooms and general areas are very clean. The internet is fast and there are no interruptions. The breakfast is quite sufficient. There is a good team. As a business hotel, it is much nicer than the summer tourism hotels in the region.

In general, I can say that it is an ideal hotel for business travel. It has a helpful staff. Normally, I would like to give it a 4.5 star rating, so I gave it a 5 because I thought it would be unfair if I gave it 4. The bed is comfortable but the room is not very spacious. The breakfast is fresh and nice, but there is not much variety. This is a hotel I will choose again if I have a business trip.

The location of the hotel is good as its distance to the sea. The sea is not clean and deep. The beach is sand. The size of the pool is sufficient 1.65 cm deep. We did a quick overnight stay, and it was fine. There was a wedding occurring that night but it didn't stay loud too late. The rooms were mostly comfortable and they have a bar/restaurant. The breakfast was not bad the staff are nice, you can see it but it is hard to be reached by the car. The room was good clean but there is not view at all the room was facing a wall and the bathroom smells very bad.

Great location, very helpful and friendly staff, was on my motorbike so they unlocked the basement garage for me so I could leave all my luggage on the bike knowing that it was safe. I would definitely recommend this place.
