I went to the spa and got the "anti-stress program" which was over 2 hours of service including an excellent traditional turkish bath/ hamam experience and and amazing massage by Oni (that's the name of my massage therapist). She was so talented and very professional. Excellent ambiance too. I plan to come back and try more of their services!!!

Way too overrated, its more like a 3 star hotel. The quality, service and personal were average and below. Rooms were very spacious. But the air condition doesn't work as expected and the personal wasn't that much helpfull either. The fridge doesn't cool, the windows were very dirty. Breakfast was okey, but more variety is welcome. Not easy to spot the parking area.

Very nice hotel very clean and polite and helpful staff but i think for a five star hotel the breakfast could be a bit better bit more choices another down side no game room or entertainment for kids there was one snooker table in the basement but it doesn't sute a hotel like this looked like an attic. Absolutely stunning view of the Marmara sea. Very big room and very clean. The breakfast nice, but not a 5 star hotel kind of breakfast. A little noisy because of the street near the hotel. A lot of complimentary goods from the hotel, I really appreciated them.

Admittedly I only stayed at this hotel a very short few hours, but it appeared there isn't a ton to offer in the direct local vicinity. It was however close to the ferry, which is why I stayed there. Fantastic staff work here. My only English speaking husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Fantastic breakfast with a staff eager to make repairs and adjustments to room to accommodate us. We will return. Location is steps from IDO and again, the staff was extremely helpful.

Arrived here without booking and given the same price as I'd seen anywhere online by the really helpful staff. They even has a esperate locked room for my bike. Good room with a great view over the port and quiet at night. Free coffee from the machine in reception all day and the breakfast is good too. Thanks!

good location for travelling, directly at the bus station and the ferry port. superb service from attentive staff, comfortable room, comfortable bed. wifi a bit sluggish. there was a wedding next door so it was noisy until midnight. staff tried their best to curb the noise, but couldn't do anything.

They have friendly and warm-blooded staff. I chatted for 2 weeks. I didn't have any problems other than not being able to look at the TV. Thank you for their service.

it is a bit hilly in order to come by bicycle. staff is attentive and very helpful. clean and basic hotel with a nice view on top floor.

What a gem hidden away. Most comfortable beds as you rarely get in hotels of this price class, awesome views over the harbour, great buffet breakfast. Everything was super clean and the staff very very helpful. Excellent stay!

This building has been tastefully and lovingly restored. The different areas for eating gave a nice outdoor sunny day vibe and then a sophisticated indoor bar area. The room was really nice with high ceilings and the staff were super helpful. We will be back!

The price was great .The price was quite affordable and the owner of the hotel was very courteous, insightful and a good lady will stay here every time we come to the beach and we will definitely stay here again.
