Thanks for making great memories for us. Helpful, nice and kind staff everywhere, especially in the bar and restaurant. Delicious food, clean pool and good activities in the evening. It would be better if there wouldn’t be only russian music for fun in the evening. ❤️

Hello. I have booked the hotel for thr 20th august, but on 29th July I have canceled it due to health problem and I was told that my money will be refunded asap. There have passed already 5 months and my refund is not still back and everytime I'm having the answer that it will be done as soon as possible. It's too much unresponsibility for the guests of the hotel. Manager of the hotel is not doing anything to don't want to handle this situation. I hope that managers of the hotel will read my comment and will solve this worth situation. Hope to hear from your management department really as soon as possible to get my money back which I'm waiting for a long time. Your Guest

Don’t trust the great comments for this hotel has at bookingcom, total fake. The hotel staff does’t make any effort, they are simply rude especially at the reception!
99% of guests are Russians.
The wifi is only available at lobby and works with interruptions. Animation is poor. The food is just horrible (except vegetables), not fresh and not enough for everybody. Also they try to open the restaurant later and close sooner. Drinks are impossible to drink - white and red wine and beer half mixed with water. The rooms are old and dirty. Toilet really stinks. No locker in the room - you can leave your valuables in some sort of locker in the lobby - not secure at all.
Well the only good thing about this hotel - sea and mountains and nice weather ;) The beach is 10 min walk btw.

Loved this hotel! Rested with my son in July 2023.
Beautiful territory. Delicious and varied food. Delicious drinks. Loved the coffee from the coffee machine. Drinking water is unlimited in the cooler around the clock.
The room was cleaned daily, towels changed daily too. Shower gels, shampoos constantly replenished.
In the evenings, a very cool entertainment program for children and adults, a disco.
7 minutes to the sea if adults go. With a small child, it takes a little longer. :)
If you have any questions, they can be solved at the reception.
I think we will return to this hotel!!

A real price performance hotel. Ümit Bey took care of all the problems at the reception. We would like to thank Ramazan Bey and his team in the kitchen. Meals were good. The garden of the hotel is wonderful. Playgrounds, pools and activities for children were sufficient. We had so much fun. I would definitely recommend. The beverage section closes at 9pm. The time can be extended. Would I come again, definitely yes.

A full fp hotel, don't come with much expectation. In general, it is clean, thank you again for your interest in the staff, especially the receptionist Mr. Ümit and the chef Ramazan. If you want to leave the hotel in the evenings, it is no problem if you have a car close to Kemer and Antalya center, the hotel is within walking distance to the sea, but the sea is within walking distance. The stony beach could be more well-maintained. The food is nice and sufficient. The missing part is that there is no activity in the pool during the day. (There may be water games)
There are absolutely no snacks other than the main meal. If you have children, definitely bring something with you. Beverage service also closes at 9 pm, but thanks to the young people working, they did not break it. It was good in general, it was clean, thank you to all the staff.

Review is based on experience we had during our stay 21.07.2022 - 04.08.2022.
Pluses:
1) Location. It is located in 10 minutes walk from the sea.
2) Staff. Staff was friendly, speak English and Russian. Every day animators suggest a variety of sports like volleyball, billiards, ping-pong, darts, target shooting, and some water entertainment. In addition, there were some other activities and evening shows.
3) Territory. The hotel’s territory is quite big. It has 2 buildings and 3 pool areas. One big pool with the water slide and two smaller ones. There are a lot of cats walking everywhere in Turkey and hotel territory, and especially eatery, is not an exception.
4) Room. We were in the main building with the reception. Room and balcony were quite big and good. View from the balcony was right to the mountains and we liked it a lot. Also we had a dryer on the balcony.
Minuses:
1) Food. Food was mostly under average.
All juices and milk diluted with water. There was always delicious lemonade, the standard soft drinks, and a cold water cooler there. We and the others refilled empty bottles regularly. Also there was always hot water and three kettles of strong Turkish tea. Coffee is an OK quality from a coffee machine.
At breakfast (7:30-10:00), we liked yogurt, next to which there was a large selection of honey and syrups. Eggs, sausages and vegetables did not disappoint. Every day there was a melon, but not particularly sweet.
For lunch (12:30-14:00) there were soup, salads, nuggets and side dishes, and desserts.
For snacks (15:30-16:30) they always fried cutlets and gave sandwiches, you could put in tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce leaves by yourself.
For dinner (19:00-20:30), in addition to the food from lunch, there was always a special ‘chef’s dish’, most often it was some kind of meat, once it was lobster, and on the last evening pizza.
They had not enough cutlery and plates for the time we were there. Often there was a situation when the glasses with cutlery ran out and people just stood waiting for them. But that could be avoided by coming 30-40mins after the start of the meal time.
2) Wi-Fi. Wi-fi was only in the reception lobby. Just be aware.
3) Safe. Safe costs something like 2$ per night. And it was not the private safe in the room, it was one of the cells near the reception. Any cell opens with two keys, one from reception staff and one from that cell.

Been here 4 times with my family.
Very nice place. Large territory with orange trees. Good variety of meals, dedicated parking lot, good WiFi, friendly staff etc
