- High price, low value - Rooms require repayment - Technical issues with locker (had to go several times to reception to open the door) - annoying sales of fur coats on the beach - fruit smoothies are diluted with water a lot - strange irresistible sound in standard room with sea view, had to change to room with partial sea view - loud music all day long (can’t escape even on the beach) - cocktails...

Highly recommend if you’re a family. My kids are 3&4… the amount of activities they have for them is insane. Pools and beach are clean at all times

One slight disappointment was that some of the advertised kids club activities, such as the carnival, weren’t yet running. However, I understand this was likely due to being just ahead of peak season

We loved our stay, we travelled as a small family. We stayed in one of the marine suites, it had two bathrooms a lounge with a bed and a separate bedroom. Our room over looked the marine pool which we loved

I’ve got absolutely no complain or anything bad to say But booking this hotel is the best thing you can do for yourself and your kids ! You’ll be relaxing and they’ll be at the kids club/camp Do it with your eyes closed

This is the new part of the hotel, we did visit the larger pool where there is a dj on in the day but found it not very clean and the staff and visitors using that pool very rude and arrogant

Enough food, the beach is clean, clean well

Hotel was clean in general, transportation to city center was easy the bus passes right in front of the hotel. Food was delicious and you can find something to eat and drink 24/7, no matter what time it is

I didn’t like the spices they put in almost every meal made out of meat (hamburgers, meatballs, kebab,…) but as far as I know, it’s how they make it and it’s just the thing of the personal taste

i had a really good time spending here with my friends. there is a lot of music but if you don t enjoy this kind of vibe you could easily move to more quiet places of the hotel

Pools and aqua park are not heated!! Therefore if it's below 30⁰ Celsius, it's too cold in pools. If you don't wish to sit in shadow all day, you have to wake up at 6 am to reserve sunbeds that will be in sun

Second time staying at the Crystal Flora and nothing to complain about: friendly staff, perfect cleaning, quality food, great entertainment for kids and adults

It is definitely missing that there is no plant milk in the "big house" but you can get coffee with plant milk in the coffee house. The garden is absolutely magnificent. The gardeners and waiters are very good

Pools and slides for all ages. I have a bad sleep and the 4:38 mosque song every morning was very annoying

I didn't like that the food was behind glass, I'm not a food waste person, but I understand that the chefs put reasonable amounts on people's plates. The hummus was so good, the best in the world

Towels were changed and the contents of the fridge were replenished every day. Water, soft drinks, cookies, milk for the children in the fridge

We came in here with our parents. it was our first experience in the turkey. nature is brilliant. everything is perfect. whatever you wanna see there is. I hope next year we will come again. thanks a lot Akka antedon.

The hotel itself is great. We visited the A la carte restaurant "Gulet", I am delighted. Very tasty food and great service. I recommend!!!

Regarding the rooms - we took a standard for a day, but even in it a family of 4 was comfortable - the room is spacious, one huge double bed, a single and a folding chair for a child (theoretically it will fit an adult in size, but 4 adults are not accommodated in standards anyway)

We would like to thank and highly praise the bartender DILAN (RANONA lagoon bar) who takes great care of us and is helpful and smiling and friendly to all guests all the time

We left after 19:00 (the room was handed over as expected at 12:00), no extra charges were taken from us for late check-out. The vacation was simply luxurious, thanks to the hotel team!

I visited the hotel in early June. We were a family of 2 adults and 3 kids. This place has everything one could hope for, so there is no need to step outside the Hotel

taxi ride to the airport (75€ one way), we used hotels transportation (170€. for a nice van, so we could fit into a single vehicle which was important to us). Using 2 taxis both ways would have been way more expensive

The evening program is average, as is the animation program. The main languages ​​are Turkish and Russian. Russian tourists here behave like everywhere else in Europe. Except for this, it was one of my best vacations

Great hotel, particularly I liked salsa, bachata classes + aqua zumba. Carl‘s shows are great, Julieth dancing skills are excellent 💃

It's not cheap but it's literally one of the best resorts I've been to. The rooms are new and very clean. There's no reason to leave the resort for anything as everything is included

Clean and modern all inclusive hotel. Nice spa with sauna, steam room and Turkish bath (all included) and massage (chargeable). Nice sea front with private beach and pier

TUI Magic Life Rixos Beldibi was the perfect couples’ escape. Set between the mountains and the sea, the views were stunning and the whole resort had a peaceful, laid-back vibe that made it easy to relax and disconnect

The hotel space is very well designed. You can easily find a quiet place to relax in the garden: on a hammock, swings, or by the beach and pier. As for the food, it truly the best

The hotel itself was a very good quality with everything we could need, excellent pools and slides, a beautiful beach, fantastic food, excellent customer service with the staff who were always friendly, and the most amazing spa with superb treatments

The only negative criticism I can give is about the unbearable noise coming from the pool in the evening, which lasts until 11pm

What I can say here is that the stuff works very hard to cover all needs of all customers! They are friendly and helpful!You can find a lot of fun things to do, the variety of food is great and the atmosphere is wonderful

Just came back from holidays in Catamaran. Everything was great, except air condition, it works from central system, not separately per each room. It means, that there are hours when it stops for a rest

Especially night time - what is awfull. All the rest is okay for the price you pay. I would like to pay attention to the animation team - Emre is very nice, kind and a good guy

The territory of the hotel is compact, but there is everything for recreation. Pools, bars, SPA are at your service. At Starbucks, you can enjoy delicious coffee, ice cream, and a variety of beverages

Animation team is very professional, organizes all kind of sports activities like aqua gym, zumba, morning gym, yoga, bellydance and fun games like darts, boccia, volleyball, very fun parties, and shows, big thank you to all animators (Aisha, Arslan, Deimile, Erdos) for our quality time here

It's all about your budget but the rooms are clean the beds are firm and comfortable. The staff are friendly and the beach is perfect

Hotel is new and quite nice, but definitely not a five star and not a five star service either. Receptionists are not helping but arguing with you about your problem. Internet connection is very poor.

What's cool I've witnessed how hotel staff was doing water quality inspection of two pools they have. Two inspectors were onsite, so it looks legit to me, you could probably be confident that water is safe

It's usually hard to find a free sunbed covered with shadow, so you're whether forced to find a place in area of other hotel or struggle under the burning sun
