Champion Holiday Village

Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control, I was unable to visit the hotel and check in. The hotel showed no leniency to my plea for a refund even if it is partial or credit note. Absolutely unacceptable from this 5 star hotel who have no respect for their guests.

Furthermore prior to my misfortune of being unable to check in, the hotel lacked basic communications as emails to them were ignored when booking and paying the full amount in advance.

Please book with this hotel by paying when checking in physically to ensure you're not robbed of your hard earned money.

I checked out of the Champion Resort Antalya just a while ago, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the key issues I encountered during my stay:

1. Initial Room Issues:
- I was initially provided with room 613, which had murky ambience with dim depressing lights . Plug sockets were not working. This was a significant inconvenience as I wasn’t able to recharge my phone which was virtually dead.

2. Check-In Problems:
- I checked in at 10 PM, but due to the issues with room 613, I had to run after the staff until 2 AM to get my room changed. Eventually, I was moved to room 508, which was better.

3. Problems with the Second Room:
- Room 508 also had its own set of problems. The locker and the phone in the room were not working, which added to my frustration.

4. Lack of Basic Amenities:
- I was informed that the resort does not provide toiletries and that I would need to buy them from the market outside. Though it was clearly mentioned that toiletries would be provided. Consequently, I had to purchase toothpaste and a brush on my own.

5. Laundry Services:
- The resort either needs to provide an iron in the room or have a functioning laundry service available. This basic service was lacking during my stay.

6. WiFi Services:
- I have yet to see any resort that doesn’t provide WiFi as a standard inclusion. Unfortunately, this essential amenity was missing, which is quite unacceptable in today's age.

Despite these issues, I must commend the resort on its food quality and restaurant service. The meals were delicious, and the staff in the restaurant were attentive and friendly, providing a much-needed positive aspect to my stay.

Overall, while the food and restaurant service were commendable, my stay at Champion Resort Antalya was marred by numerous issues with the rooms, lack of basic amenities, and poor customer service. I hope the management takes these points into consideration to improve the experience for future guests.

SPA is well worth a visit friendly non pushy staff I had 3 massages and wife had 2 . Brilliant lovely relaxed feeling in the spa with ladies from Bali who found the knots.
Okan and Esra were brilliant in the main bar .Hakan on at the pool bar is great

Shame about the rest of accomodation. room not cleaned daily (not even bi daily) complianed to TUI and reception numerous times from towels being removed from room and not replaced the minibar in room had water replaced twice in 14 days yes its free everywhere on complex but if you forget to pick 1 up you cant rely on there being 1 in the fridge. Beds the idea of your bed being made with tight white cotton sheets is just that an idea, they'll throw your sheet on
the bed and thats it .TUI rep even tried to step in but no difference . We were in 623 and returned on the 21.06.24 we had 3 hot showers each in a 2 week period that's a total of 56 showers between the 2 of us 2 a day morning and night. dirty laundery trolleys left in stairwell other trolleys left in stairwell with food on plates and dirty cutlery accommodation some staff great some terrible.

The old pizza chef at the beach bar is a miserable old so and so .
Food is very repetitive and we've never ate so much bread and chilli dip most food Luke warm. Eggs at breakfast are pre made but if you ask the guys cooking them they'll make them fresh with no complaints.
Dining . Plates can mount on your table before anybody decides to clear them.poolside tables not cleaned in 2 weeks .
Beachside not sandy but gravely sunbeds are on something that could probably turn to mud if there was a downpour,
