Initially I gave 5 star rate, but 1. we got dirty duvet (staff demanded tip for exchange), 2. No coffee on breakfast, 3. No electricity once I plugged an iron (staff demanded tip again as he exchanged perfectly working iron).

Hotel is ok. The best part are meals which are unique compared to other places. Huge plus for free juices during breakfast

This hotel possibly the best available hotel in the BERGAMA area. All personnel, Starting from the general manager of the hotel to servers in the dining room, so friendly and responsive to all the guests needs and try to accommodate guest wants promptly. Only issue I could see if they could replace the some of the furniture would be very nice. They maybe thinking about it themself already. Besides that, We had a wonderful time staying a few days at the hotel. I highly recommend the La Bella hotel in Bergama without any reservation to any visitors. Especially, we thank to general manager, Engin Bey and Esra hanım (Reservation desk)for their tremendous help and accommodating our needs perfectly and timely matter.Thanks again for making our stay very pleasant at the La Bella- Bergama.

Filthy. Bad service. We got late afternoon and the had a fixed menu. It was very bad. Scarce and badly cooked. Rooms with little to none pillows. No comforter. We had to ask for one.

Everything was excellent. Very nice staff, big room, very good food.
The COVID rules are followed.
We will come again with pleasure.

The location of the place wasn't very bright. It was kinda far away from everything. The service also isn't too amazing, it's a little hard to communicate with a language barrier but even then they didn't seem to happy to serve anyone. The WiFi I didn't care for either, it would always cut out. The rooms were decent sized but I didn't sleep well in the beds, they were not comfortable. They had this really good chicken soup, but other than their restaurant they got nothing else. They may have had a pool but I saw no way to access it.

The restaurant has a good menu, and I already had the opportunity to taste very good food, but unfortunately, I believe that because of Covid, the options are a little lower, but they are still good.
The rooms are spacious, clean and change towels frequently.
I liked everything and I only have to regret that the internet is very bad.
Many people travel for work, as is my case, and the internet is often essential.

The biggest problem is with internet. It is accessible only in the lobby. It works terrible in the room. As for this hotel Class it is very annoying.
Rooms are clean, food tasty, but all that is interrupted by internet problems.

Comfortable hotel. Just don't expect too much. Food is just ok but not that excellent for my taste. Maybe you will appreciate it more if you have Turkish tongue
