The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, about half an hour walk to the city. Nothing in vicinity but a busy road, mosque and lots of traffic. The rooms have seen better days and were quite worn out and semi-dirty/dusty. On the positives the hotel provided slippers which helped to avoid walking on the carpets. Windows were "leaking" air, stench of cigarettes, and noise from outside. Bed was semi hard and the comforter too small for the size of the bed.
Tasty food in the restaurant for dinner, but breakfast a bit of a disappointment with no hot items as scrambled/omlette eggs. There was served soup for breakfast as a one hot dish.

Incredibly weak, basically non-operational wifi. Room smelled vaguely of smoke. Wouldn’t return.

Stayed at this hotel as part of a group trip. Location is near a busy main road, opposite a party venue and not close to the main town of Bergama. Bedrooms and bathrooms are functional - though air con is aged and room had seen better days. Breakfast options were sparse, not even any fruit juice. Evening meal was preset for our group, and desert consisted of a slice of melon. Rooms are located on differing levels, so some lugging of suitcases up and down stairs to get to rooms.

Nice and clean rooms, quiet location
The hotel is nice, with large and clean rooms. The location requires a car to go and visit the area. However you can walk to the nearby shops.

The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast, which was diversified and tasty. I especially appreciated the individually-controlled AC. The reception staff was kind. The pool looked inviting, but we did not try it. The hotel grounds were quiet and we were able to rest. The room was quite large.
On the other hand, it is obvious that the presentation pictures are a little (or more) edited. They reflect the rooms and bathrooms, but on a closer look, there are plenty of faults that can be also seen in my photos. The curtain had holes in it, the towels were gray (not white anymore), the nightstands and the table had burning traces on them, the toilet was dirty, as well as the toilet brush, and the exterior paint (balcony) was peeling. It is obviously an old hotel which has been renovated to look nice overall. The garden of the hotel does not look very well maintained. The location of the hotel is quite far from the main sights of Bergama (we had to go by car). The hotel parking was just the back alley, not a real parking, so there are not so many parking spots - considering the large number of rooms.

I like their room except air conditioners (they are old and it hits to your bed.)
Breakfast is good; open bufé.
Employees are good, especially receptionist Miss Hande was so cute.
Prices are average for Turkish people; for us.

As far as I'm concerned, this is one of the worst hotels that I have ever seen! At this moment the hotels is very dirty, the Air conditioning is very old, the pool is horible and on the other side of the road there are parties and it is a bit hard to sleep! I prefer to sleep in the car!

Small but clean. Breakfast is reasonable. If you stop by Bergama, then do not hesitate to try.
