I received a very warm welcome, and the staff were always extremely friendly to me.
The hotel was very clean and quiet, whilst the bed extremely comfortable, and I had a lovely view.
The breakfast was super with plenty of local products.

We were traveling around Van Lake, and it was the best hotel on our journey.
Spacious rooms, very clean and quiet.
Service was really good. The owner of the hotel offered to bring our luggage, helped with parking, and gifted us with homemade honey.

Unexpected very positive surprised in this hotel with it’s cleanliness, modernity, friendly staff. Very good and comfortable room and The breakfast with honey from the local beehive was amazing!

We were very pleased with our stay at Öz Cavuşoğlu Otel!
The room was clean, warm and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. We had beautiful views of the mountains from the window. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked very well with excellent pressure and heat. The owner and staff were very courteous and kind and also spoke some english which was helpful. Breakfast was nice, and the receptionist helped us order some delivery in the evening. It is a 5 minute bus ride (1km) to the centre and the bus stop is outside the hotel. Otherwise the walk was also nice and only took 15 minutes. Recommended place to stay in Bitlis, I expect it is the best choice in town.

The price is interesting 👍 and the city of Bitlis is beautiful to visit. But at this time there is mountain of snow 😂

I had the opportunity to stay 2 months ago..a calm, clean hotel..in short, a very decent place..hotel owners thank you very much..not any hotel I call accepts my small dog, but I also thank this hotel for accepting it..

It is a clean, neat and family friendly business.. When the hospitality of the shopkeepers of Bitlis is added, there is not much to say.. I recommend it to everyone..
