Best location, very friendly staff, owner Hakan Dinç is very helpful. In this hotel hospitality is in extrim level.

This is the least expensive hotel we could find in Tatvan, but it was clean and functional. The room had some nice touches including table and seating, blackout curtains, good shower, and comfy bed. The large breakfast was a surprise. The staff were helpful and friendly. I stayed with my wife for two nights on two separate occasions.

I received a very warm welcome, and the staff were always extremely friendly to me. The hotel was very clean and quiet, whilst the bed extremely comfortable, and I had a lovely view. The breakfast was super with plenty of local products.

We were traveling around Van Lake, and it was the best hotel on our journey. Spacious rooms, very clean and quiet. Service was really good. The owner of the hotel offered to bring our luggage, helped with parking, and gifted us with homemade honey.

The staff was extremely helpful and helped us to order food online. The room was huge and nicely cleaned.

Unexpected very positive surprised in this hotel with it’s cleanliness, modernity, friendly staff. Very good and comfortable room and The breakfast with honey from the local beehive was amazing! This hotel deserves at least 4 star qualification and absolute and absolutely recommended to stay.

We were very pleased with our stay at Öz Cavuşoğlu Otel! The room was clean, warm and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. We had beautiful views of the mountains from the window. A beautiful place to stay, the team is nice, the room are new and very clean. We've good help for our bicycle in this snowing time ! Come here and visit Bitlis it's a interesting place !

Loved this hotel. Rooms were clean although had to turn the radiator off as it was so warm. The bathroom was supplied with free shampoos and, shower gel. We had breakfast and evening meal there. Breakfast excellent evening dinner average.... we had processed chicken to eat.!!

This is a really nice hotel, and the staff are all good, kind people who took very good care of us. The rooms are large and very clean, and there are two common areas in the hotel where you can sit and relax. (Thank you everyone, we really enjoyed our stay.)

Advantage: room is big, free Turkish hamam Disadvantage: room smell, shower without movable caddy, breakfast without soup and reception no body speak English. Price was little bit expensive, but looks in tatvan all stars hotel are over price.

Hotel staff are friendly. We stayed in a room with a view of the Van lake. The noise inside the hotel at night was a bit too much and the breakfast was poor compared to the fame and star of the hotel, but the room cleanliness and view were very nice.
