Nizam Butik Otel Buyukada

Absolutely beautiful hotel and the owner went above and beyond to accommodate us. So welcoming and generous! Genuinely want to stay for every trip to Istanbul. The breakfast was delicious and big and fresh. Our room had a nice terrace to sit at night and enjoy the quiet side of the island. We love the owner and his wife so much!

We had a wonderful stay at Nizam Butik Otel during our first visit to Büyükada. The owner, Özgür and Mehtap were very welcoming and greeted us with fresh lemon juice. He even showed us three room options so we could choose the one we liked best.

Özgür and Mehtap were always friendly and helpful, offering free water and making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The Turkish breakfast was amazing, with plenty of variety and delicious options, even when we check out and about to leave, they gifted us with a nice wrapped box full of delicious Turkish sweets.

The hotel is in a great location, charming, and our room was clean and cozy. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’ll definitely stay here again when we return. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended! Super hosts, very nice rooms and delicious Turkish breakfast. This hotel is very close Dilburnu park and Yorukali Beach. We are staying here with two kids and are having great time. Thank you so much for the pleasant stay🙏🙏🙏🙏

I recently stayed at Nizam Butik Otel Buyukada with my family and son, and it was the perfect place for rest and relaxation. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and ideal for a family getaway.
The room conditions were generally good and clean, although we did encounter some ants, which was a bit surprising. Despite that, the experience was positive overall.
What truly made our stay memorable was the incredible staff. They were friendly, respectful, and always smiling. Their attentiveness was remarkable, especially toward our son. Every day, they surprised him with chocolate milk, sweets, and other treats, which really showcased the warm hospitality of this small hotel. The personal touch and kindness from Mr. Özgür and the rest of the team left a lasting impression on us.
The hotel’s location was another highlight. It was conveniently close to three beaches and became especially quiet and calm after 6-7 PM. The bus station was just a 30-second walk away, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay, with easy access to both nature and transportation.
I would highly recommend Nizam Butik Otel, particularly for the exceptional hospitality and welcoming atmosphere provided by Mr. Özgür and his team. If you're looking for a cozy, friendly place to unwind with family, this is the place to be.

This hotel is fantastic, conveniently located next to the bus station. The rooms are cozy, clean, and offer stunning sea views. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the owner and his staff, who exceeded all expectations. They were incredibly helpful and polite, and I enjoyed great conversations with them. Every time we waited for the bus, they graciously offered us lemonade or Turkish coffee. The breakfast was perfect, and I can't describe my stay as anything less than perfect in every way.

The rooms are very small but clean and fresh. There's a terrace where's food and drinks. We had tasty homemade lemonade and beer there. The property is well maintained, the owner is always there and he's welcoming and helpful. The place is surrounded by nature and big, beautiful houses, on a quiet street, close to the park.

We stayed here for a week with our little daughter. Everything was fine here! The rooms were not very large for a family, but we didn't expect anything special, as we spent most of the time walking around.

The location was a bit remote from the town, there were no restaurants or cafes around and the prices in the local shops were a bit high. But on the other hand, it's quiet, and there are two paid beaches and the beautiful Dilburnu State Park within walking distance. Also, at a distance of 20-30 minutes walk there are the Museum of Byukada Island, the old Greek Orphanage (the largest wooden building in Europe) and the ancient church with a beautiful panoramic view of the entire island and a great cafe at the top.

Special respect is deserved by the hotel staff, great guys! Always helped us, at any time of the day or night. Friendly and honest.
